The cabin is located only 10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

Charming cottage on the waterfront of Otra, with its own small beach and fishing rights. The cabin has a kitchenette with two hobs, coffee maker, fridge and the most necessary kitchen utensils. No running water, but enough drinking water and washing water is provided. Toilet in separate building wall-to-wall with the cabin which is located on a sheep pasture with no neighbors nearby. Free parking about 50 meters away. Great hiking terrain/nearby trips! Tømmerrenna is just nearby and should be experienced (google it). The same applies to the Setesdalsbanen

Bedroom 1: Bunk bed, 150x200, 90x200; Bedroom 2: Bunk bed, 120x200, 75x200; Loft bed 120x200. Solar panel for lighting, toilet and USB charging. Outside furniture and a gas BBQ are in the cabin. Propane and bed clothing included. No pets! You are not allowed to smoke in the cabin. No parties or gatherings allowed. Guests tidy up and clean after themselves.
