The studio is newly renovated with its own separate/private entrance, an updated kitchen, mini refrigerator, TV, WIFI, a Queen size bed, an extra fold-out/futon bed, shower, closet, luggage storing space, and more. The Studio is situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood with lots of street parking.

Separate private bath with dressing room, coffee, tea and breakfast station, fridge. Comfortable queen sized bed with pillow top mattress and dining table and work desk. Our Venice loft space is on the beach block 80 yards from the boardwalk, five minutes walk from Abbot Kinney Blvd, restaurants and shops. We are originally from the UK and welcome international guests.
