Vic’s place was great! The location was perfect, we loved strolling with our 5 month old on the marina promenade. We were able to spend an hour at the pool (smallish, but the pool deck is very swanky, felt like an upscale hotel), and our baby had his first “swim” there! The apartment was the perfect size for us two adults and the baby, and Vic had a pack and play already set up. The living room/kitchen is one large open space, and my sister and her fiance (who live right around the corner, our reason for choosing Vic’s place) and my mom were able to come over and we all fit very comfortably for a casual dinner. We loved taking our son out on the patio and he liked to watch the cars go by. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

Loved staying here! It was very clean and comfortable, well cared for and beautiful furnishings. The bed was comfy and the pillows and linen were fresh and clean, the outdoor area including a pool and gym is amazing. It has a whashing machine and dryer and a well equipped kitchen to prepare meals. I highly recommend and would stay again. The host is very nice and quick to respond. Truly such an amazing Airbnb along with great customer care experience from host. Laura was super kind enough to let me check in earlier than the listing had stated so I could prepare for an upcoming graduation. The environment is perfect for two people - furniture was super comfortable, bed was clean, comfortable sheets, and the rest of the house was just in pristine condition. Throughout the trip, Laura made sure to check in on me to see if anything else was needed which says a lot! She truly cares about her customers and their time spent while visiting. Thank you again so much for hosting me! I look forward to booking again when I visit Los Angeles. 1000/10 recommend this Airbnb to anyone! This deserves to be a super super host ;)

Super nice place! Very clean and perfect to stay in for a week or two. Walkable neighborhood and only a 10/15 minute walk from the Third Street Promenade mall and the Santa Monica pier!

This was a great place to stay. We were there for just one night but it’s a nice building, apartment and location. They were very helpful and responsive when we communicated. No issues at all and well worth the money.

We LOVED LOVED LOVED Elizabeth’s place soooooo much!!! We were completely wow’s by her accommodation & hosting. She brought us extra fruit on top of providing us with breakfast with all fixings you could possibly ask for our entire trip. Her coffee was delicious & the tea selection was incredible. She even left us a cooler of drinks & delicious snacks after we went to the football game nearby at the Rose Bowl. My girlfriend & I have stayed at over one-hundred Airbnbs combined & Elizabeth was by far the best host we have ever had. We felt so at home with her lovely decor, comfortable amenities, & safe surroundings. This was an airbnb experience we will always cherish & never forget. We hope to be back soon. I stayed here during a work trip in mid-June and chose this Airbnb for its convenient location and proximity to the beach—perfect for escaping the heat when the rest of the city is sweltering. On my first evening, I walked to Trader Joe’s to stock up on food and drinks, and the next morning I went for a jog down to the Santa Monica Pier and back. The location was easy to find, though I did have to circle the block once before spotting the correct garage. The directions were clear overall, but a note about which side of the alley the building is on would have helped, since there are garages on both sides. I took a guess and turned right—which luckily turned out to be correct. Having a secure, designated parking spot close to the elevator was a major plus—it brought me almost directly to the apartment door. The unit itself is small (as expected for LA), but very clean, with a full kitchen and a spacious bathroom. The bedroom area is a bit tight, but manageable. Overall great stay!

Exactly as advertised with a great host to match! Akaisha was super responsive if we had questions - one night we came back and couldn’t find any street parking and the hosts were able to figure something out for us. Would be great if there was built in parking for this unit as there’s a good amount of room on the property, but we knew it was street parking when booking. Not a lot of noise from Venice Blvd or the 10! Decent neighborhood, easy to get to main street walking. The unit itself was really great, though don’t bank on using the couch to sleep, it’s not very comfortable. It’s a tried and true one bedroom with one bed.

Stayed a week at Tom’s place. The space was beautiful and looked just like the pictures! There is a grocery store 2 mins away from the apartment, and tons of restaurants near by. Also so close to the marina and easy access to the highways to get to different parts of LA. Would recommend and will definitely be back!

The apartment was clean and had a terrific view. We loved the neighborhood and walked by the ocean everyday.

I enjoyed my stay! Very walkable to everything I wanted to do. Being this close to the pier/beach plus having Target & TJ so close was a huge plus. So many restaurants in the area that are so delicious!! I don’t recommend Benihana. Got some bad food poisoning but everywhere else was AMAZING! Literally every spot I tried I had great vibes. Although it’s right next to a Salvation Army, I didn’t have much issue with that. Everyone in the area was super friendly. I didn’t spend much time on the patio (I hate bugs and I noticed a lot outside lol). The apartment building is mostly quiet, occasional noise here and there but nothing to complain about! Everything was clean, and I enjoyed how well the AC worked on warmer days. I really liked having the parking space & fitness center. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and I would absolutely stay at this spot again! I did purchase a few kitchen items to make things more functional for future guests who may want to do more cooking :)

Had a great stay here! Looks just like the pictures, and was squeaky clean. Lots of thoughtful touches--Brita filter full of cold water in the fridge, extra towels, yoga mat and blocks in the closet, and a ton of paid streaming services on the TV. Didn't do much cooking but the kitchen seemed well stocked. And the location is unparalleled, you can see the Pier out the window and 3rd Street Promenade is blocks away. Heads Up: Most of the furniture is low profile though--lower to the ground--which could be an issue for older people or people with knee problems. But both the bed and couch were super comfortable. And the host was easy to reach and responsive, usually within the hour. Jonathan's place is an excellent alternative to the hotels on Ocean Avenue.

The views are wonderful and walking around the marina is pretty. The condo is spotless. Claudia was extremely responsive throughout the rental. I see why she is Superhost. It was winter so we didn’t use the pool, but the pool area and close-by patio area with hot tub are nice. Whole Foods in Venice is great and close by, as is Costco, so we had many meals at ‘home.’ A few cons: there is no bedroom. It is a studio. No fluffy white towels in bathroom as shown. Can’t use the small balcony. Finally - not a reflection on the host at all, but the building has shared water and morning showers were not always hot. Evening showers were fine. A nice place if you want a home base away from downtown in a pretty area.

If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

Jorge was a great host and extremely accommodating. Apartment is in a great location with grocery stores, various retail and entertainment venues all accessible. We didn’t have a car and that was fine- everything walkable and rented bikes from a place about 15 minutes walk. Biking down to Manhattan Beach along the shore is highly recommended. Spent some time at pool and hot tub. HiHo Burger was lunch two days in a row! Having Ralph’s and Trader Joe’s was a plus.

I love this condo in Westwood -- I am a return customer. FABULOUS location in Westwood near everything and perfect for UCLA. It has parking (!!) and a pool and you can walk to campus, walk to Target (many time if you are helping a student move. Many, many times!) Lots of restaurants all over and Trader Joe's right downstairs. The place is lovely. Great kitchen and bathroom. Super clean and lots of fun.

A great finale to our vacation. The place was beautiful, and there was a stack of kid games my children made a bee line for!

Maria’s home was fantastic. Location was perfect. The apartment was incredibly clean and equipped with everything you could need. The views were amazing! Check in was straightforward, we followed the instructions on the booking. Needed to make a brief call for Maria to verify but she picked up on the first ring. Also had a small issue with parking (not Maria’s fault at all!) and she was very responsive and dealt with it very quickly. All in all, our stay was wonderful. Thank you Maria!
