La Venezia più verde del centro storico: “... vicino a Piazza San Marco, ma lontano dal caos”. La casa dei primi del 1900 è immersa nel verde e con un bellissimo giardino privato. Si tratta di una casa elegante, con due camere matrimoniali, un ampio salotto/soggiorno, una cucina abitabile ed un bagno con vasca. Il giardino privato è di oltre 120 mq. La casa è molto luminosa soleggiata e dalle sue finestre si può ammirare la laguna veneziana. La fermata del vaporetto si trova ad appena 100 mt.

Traditional Venetian house in the historic center from the early 1900s completely renovated in 2023. The house is equipped with every comfort, wifi, TV in every room, bathroom with huge shower, laundry and 3 bicycles for free use. Convenient location close to the Duomo, if you arrive by car you will find the Park Saloni at 400 meters (€4 per day) and the Giove car park at 450 meters (€0.50 per hour). Just 1.5km from the beach, convenient for going with a public or private boat to Pellestrina.
