Spend your vacation in Florida in our little paradise under palms where still sea eagles and turtles romp about! WARMLY WELCOME to our comfortable villa "Splendid View", because one has just exactly this directly from our pool and backyard in all directions! Since our house lies directly at a water intersection with access (by a lending boat) from our own boat deck to the Myakka River and then in Charlotte Harbor as well as the Golf of Mexico. However, everywhere for boaters there are still public boat ramps. If you search on the one hand rest lined from palms in own pool and with the best house ambience and comfort and, on the other hand, close beaches and good shopping possibilities, you are exactly right with us! Our villa lies very quietly with tropical surrounding without direct neighbours and without a lot of motor traffic. Anyhow are very quickly accessible from us from all shopping possibilities and leisure possibilities as well as many different beaches. Our just in 2014 with the newest standard built villa is including garage (183 SqFt.) 1,966 SqFt. large. Our property is 0,23 acres large . The house disposes of a foyer, a living room with additional dining area, an additional sitting room with sleeping couch (Den), 3 bedrooms (the master bedroom with Kingsize bed and direct access to the pool; the guest bedrooms in each case with Queensize bed), 2 baths (the master bathroom with passable Roman shower with bench and the guest bathroom with direct access to the pool), fully equipped (oven, electric oven, microwave, fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, as well as many other household appliances) open kitchen with a bar of granite and bar stools, a laundry room with washer and dryer, flat iron, ironing board and beach towels, as well as a double garage (with remote control for the garage gate). By its up to 14-feet-high tray ceilings in the foyer, living room, Den and master bedroom as well as the open space draught our villa works very much in royal style. From almost everywhere in the house one looks by glass sliding doors -completely to be opened- at the pool and the waterways lying behind it. The floor in the house is tiled througout. The paverd lanai with ventilating fan and variable evening lighting is surrounded by a generous pool cage against insects. Outside there is still an other open patio. Our nice saltwater pool is solar heated and disposes of a small waterfall, LED lighting with varying colours, an outside shower and a pool cover for the "winter". Also an electric grill, a dining table with 6 chairs and 2 layers are available. From our own boat deck you can go either by a lending boat up to the Golf of Mexico, or just fish. UHD-flat screen television with Internet-TV (Roku-TV with all streaming-apps) are in the living room, Den and master bedroom. In the house a modern air-conditioning, Internet, smoke detectors, variable lighting and nice ventilating fans are installed. Now we have new and very fast fiber optic internet with 1000 Mbit/s.
