Small apartment well organized and with all amenities, even more than I expected. Very close to the beach. Alberto is a very helpful and friendly host, ready to respond to any need. Highly recommended!

It was excellent, everything as described and even more amenities than in the description. Very nice and accommodating. We will definitely come back due to the cleanliness and the value for money. Perfect location and very quiet in the house itself, despite the central location. 10/10!

We moved into the apartment as a family of 4, one child 13, the other 11. Both children slept on a sofa bed, which was a little small for both of them. From the description, we assumed that this was a beachfront apartment with sea views. The apartment was located on the side of the first floor in the property, so no sea view was possible. The apartment has a terrace that is in the shade all day. The apartment is still very centrally located and can be parked in a modern and super clean underground garage. Everything was provided. An electric coffee maker was not provided. But many good cafes were nearby. We could even jump into a really nice and clean pool, which is located directly on the beach and is certainly a highlight in the summer.

All good, Bit far from Venice City but transportations are easily accessible and very near to beach, so dream place to stay for a family of 4 to 5 people.

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. Carlotta is a totally sweet and friendly host. Check-in was super straightforward and she responded quickly to messages. The apartment was sparkling clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could ever need. We also felt very safe in the apartment (fenced property, thick apartment door with peephole and camera). Unfortunately, only the Wi-Fi hardly works in the back bedrooms, but we could at least overlook that. The ground-level terrace is also super nice to enjoy the sun a little and the beach is just around the corner. All in all, I highly recommend Carlotta's apartment!

The apartment was an absolute dream for us. Equipped with everything you need, including various food. Ugo and Graziella were great hosts. They welcomed us warmly and were always available for us. We will be happy to come back.

I stayed with my family in this very nice, cozy, clean house with the latest furniture and accessories (65-inch TV, WiFi, etc.). The house was even bigger than you could hope from the photos. Two large bathrooms with a large shower. A large double bedroom with a comfortable mattress and warm, soft and clean linens. A bedroom with two large beds and comfortable spaces, a comfortable hallway. The kitchen and living room are very functional. A large sofa where you can relax with the whole family. In short, well above expectations. The host always responded promptly to needs and was very friendly. It is a solution that I highly recommend for the large spaces, the proximity to the sea, the swimming pool (which considering the month we were not able to use), the parking a short walk away. I hope to be back soon! Thanks again!

The apartment was equipped with everything you need. You feel very comfortable and nothing is missing. It was very clean and modernly furnished. Washing machine also available. The hosts were very accessible and made very good recommendations and had good restaurant tips. The beach was easily accessible on foot. The area is very quiet and beautiful. The restaurants had a lot to offer and the prices were very fair. A trip to Venice is also worthwhile from there. We will definitely book again and thank the hosts for the lovely stay.

Sara and her husband were super friendly, easy-going, flexible and sociable. Directly good contact, it is possible to reach them at any time. Check-out also possible a little later if there is no direct booking afterwards. The apartment was very clean, in the complex, emphasis is placed on lunch and night rest. The pool is cleaned daily. Pleasantly quiet yet central location. I myself was traveling with crutches. It was OK, but it's on the 2nd floor via stairs. It was too far to the sea with crutches. Otherwise, the specified time of 2 to 5 minutes walking to the sea is correct. There is also a good parking option by the sea in front. Free parking at any time. The property has an underground parking space for the apartment. The area is completely closed. No mosquitoes at the property, as the village is sprayed. All in all, we would love to come back any time. Really very friendly people.

It is our second stay and we even enjoyed it more than the first time. Is a well-equipped flat, very quiet and the host is very friendly and responsive. The location is ideal: walking distance to the vaporeto, the beach, nice restaurants just downstairs, supermarket and other shops at the same street. The perfect place to enjoy all culture in Venice (a short vaporeto trip and we are in Piazza San Marco, Giudecca, Accademia, …) and all islands around.

We were very pleasantly surprised by our stay at Paolo's because everything written in the listing is true. When we had questions he always answered quickly, he gave plenty of suggestions for restaurants, activities and transport. In terms of cleanliness it is impeccable as well as for the location, a quiet area and easy access to go to Venice. It has everything you need in the apartment, even spices :) The value for money is more than perfect and Paolo is very welcoming and well-intentioned. If we come back to Venice again, we'll definitely go to Paolo's.

Wonderful 'tiny house' bungalows with a nice terrace in a very beautiful kept & tranquil environment with trees, bushes and flowers. There is even a herb garden you can take from for your cooking. The bungalows had everything you need for being self-catering. Annalisa prepared an extra bed for us after asking what we needed. There are free bicycles to use, which was a real highlight for us, because is easy to bike to town and beyond. Annalisa informed us about upcoming events, markets and even strikes of the public transport. She also offers a BBQ, a laundry machine with cloth hanging possibilities and an umbrella for the beach. The location is very private & quiet, close to a beautiful free beach, close to the towns Ca'Savio, Treporti and of course close to other exciting beautiful places to discover. We had a fantastic time!

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The apartment is in a fantastic, central location, with everything you could possibly want right on your doorstep! We had a wonderful holiday, despite a heatwave during our week there! The air conditioning in the apartment worked perfectly and was a real lifesaver. The apartment is just as gorgeous in real life as it is in the pictures! It's modern and beautifully decorated. We want to thank Simone for the amazing service he provided during our entire stay. He was so helpful when we arrived, during out stay and when we left, and gave us great tips for things to do and see in and around Sottomarina. We were especially grateful that he let us arrive a day early, free of charge, because the apartment was empty. It was such a nice surprise! We've never had such a great experience. Like last year, we spent the week of August in this lovely apartment, perfect for spaces and location, a few meters (approx. 150 m) from the beach. Quiet, equipped with a good air conditioning system (necessary for the season!) and all the supplies for a short stay, washing machine and wifi included. Caroline and Marco have always been ready for every request for support and clarification.
