We loved staying at Christine's house, nothing is missing, the description is as advertised, the house is very well maintained, the location is ideal and the neighborhood is very quiet. Christine and her husband were very welcoming and Christine was very responsive. The bikes available are a very nice plus with the proximity to the bike path. I highly recommend it and we'll be happy to go back.

We had a great time thanks to the place that was rented to us. The location is ideal and allows quick access to the city center while remaining quiet. The many amenities have given us all the comforts essential for a top holiday (shaded terrace, barbecue, many kitchen utensils etc.) Finally, our host was particularly responsive and caring. We had a great time at this rental, very well located in Royan: beaches, shops and city center within 15 minutes' walk, so we didn't use our vehicle during our stay. Excellent accommodation in a good location. It has everything you need for a successful stay (dishes, stove, oven, dishwasher etc.). There were only a few things missing (shower gel, dishwasher tablet or garbage bag) but it was corrected during the stay. In short, a very responsive host. The apartment is clean overall.
