The cottage flanks the vines with an uninterrupted view over our organic vineyard towards the estuary on the horizon. Relax on the terrace and take in its generous views over the landscape, take a dip in your own private pool, open late May-Sept, or stroll through the vines and woodlands that are both equally abundant in the area.

In a converted barn on the border between the departments of Charente Maritime and Gironde is our cozy studio. The studio is equipped with all the comforts for two people. There is a double bed, wardrobe, two comfortable seats, a kitchenette with gas stove, dining table and a bathroom with shower. For cold days, there is a fireplace. There is WiFi, and you can park your car with us. And outside is your own terrace with table and chairs for that croissant in the sun!

The house can accommodate 6 people plus a baby, composed of a large bedroom with a 180 x 200 bed or two 90 x 200 beds plus a baby bed. The second bedroom consists of a 140 x 200 bed. Welcome to our 57 m2 family home. Located 70 meters from the ocean and in the heart of Montalivet-les-Bains. You will have a great vacation Please note, we do not provide linens. No pets allowed. The sofa bed is not usable. We have chosen to reduce the cost of renting and to trust our guests to make the house as clean as they found it on arrival. Otherwise, €200 will be deducted from the security deposit.
