House vacation rentals in Vence

I booked it for a surprise birthday for my boyfriend. The house is beautiful and well maintained, very well equipped, the bedding is perfect, we had good weather so we were able to enjoy the pool. The views are breathtaking in all parts of the house. Small problem with the gate due to the power outage a few days before but Alexandra was very responsive and was able to rectify the small issue. We will be delighted to come back and spend a few days in this beautiful house as soon as we have the opportunity

A fantastic property in a beautiful, private location with lots of amenities. A short drive to the beach, supermarket and town as well as a small walk to the local restaurants and bars. Brilliant hosts who are very responsive and flexible. Would happily return in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough!

What a beautiful house!! Perfect for a family holiday, lots of space for us all and an amazing pool and outside space. The view is incredible and the village charming. A great location if you want to explore the Cote D'Azur but also have some peace and quiet in an authentic French village. Isabelle was incredibly helpful before we arrived and through our stay. Would definitely return...

What a place to spend a few quiet days. The view is spectacular, the accommodation is excellent and the host is so accommodating. He was happy to drop us into the local village and was always happy to answer any questions. While the host does live on the premises, it’s as if there is no one there. The property is effectively split in two and the pool and tub are for your private use only. The location is remote but if it’s relaxation you seek, it’s as good as it gets.

Great stay. The pool was absolutely lovely. All the outside areas were beautiful, with lots of choice where to sit. The bathroom was also very nice. The bed was huge, but a little on the hard side for me. The main room was big and well decorated in a French style. The kitchenette was a nice place to sit and had lots of equipment for making basic meals. No oven and only one hob was more of a challenge than I had anticipated - probably fine in the summer when eating mostly cold food. The owners were very friendly, but not overwhelming - we had our privacy respected. We felt safe and secure in the accommodation and grounds. Only 2 small niggles. The bedding was inadequate - I was cold most nights. I did ask for a duvet, but we only got a thin blanket. Probably fine in the summer, but September can be quite chilly and I resorted to wearing some clothing in the end. This second point is no fault of the owner, but we were woken up in the early hours of every morning by local barking dogs.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful and had everything we were looking for. It was so lovely waking up to the beautiful views and we loved the pool. Our hosts were extremely attentive and kind. The accommodation was beautifully clean and very well located just a short walk to the centre of Saint Paul de Vence. We would definitely recommend for a few days in the South of France.

Beautiful house with comfortable beds, on a quiet street but perfect location right next to the Old Town, which had lots of restaurants and of course the market. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back. Christina and Ivan were lovely and we had a great day on their boat too.

Our stay at Laurent’s place certainly met our expectations. We would strongly recommend experiencing it. There were very nice additional touches - like a welcoming bottle of wine and fresh flowers.

We loved our week at this little house totally open to the outdoors. No overlook, beautiful trees creating natural shade at any time of the day. A truly exceptional, peaceful environment, while being very close to St Paul de Vence and other pretty villages like Tourette's sur Loup. The banks of the Wolf are also very pleasant for a stroll, canoeing or even climbing. The great equipment for the music did not work on Bluetooth but Nicolas helped us remotely to find another solution. In short, a very qualitative environment for a very refreshing stay. Thank you very much Nicolas and Marie, we will come back with great pleasure.

We loved our stay, perfect for our large family

There were three of us at Celine and Julien's house in early May 2025. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thank you both for that. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting extensive hikes. The pool offers a very nice and popular way to refresh afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen is huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. We had a wonderful stay at Aurélie’s home in Antibes. The apartment was clean, charming, and perfectly located—just a short walk from the old town, beaches, and local markets. It was the perfect home base for exploring the Côte d’Azur. Aurélie was a thoughtful and responsive host, offering great local recommendations and making sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The space had everything we needed and more, and we truly felt at home. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Antibes. We would absolutely come back!

A perfect place to stay in the best area in South of France. Don't hesitate to book. You won't be disappointed

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Xavier villa set in the valley surrounding the village of St Paul de Vence . The Villa has stunning peaceful views , to enjoy all the lush trees and greenery in front of us . The big hit for us was the terrace and pool which allowed wonderful sunshine all day and then at night idyllic sunsets to enjoy cocktails and dinner . Our first night we noticed a few fire flies in the tree from the terrace which made the place even more enchanting. The villa its self is very clean ,modern and super practical everything we needed for a comfortable stay . We really enjoyed using the downstairs open plan kitchen with great facilities , everything was tidy and orderly . It felt very private, peaceful and relaxing yet there was plenty opportunity to go to the nearby villages . We were so happy when we got to the villa because we had a lovely welcome from Xavier and this is a great villa to find in a very chic area . We loved our stay !
