We had to book this apartment last minute and Besnik was super quick and responded within minutes to our request. He met us outside the apartment and the check in experience was fast and easy even though it was late at night. The balcony is so cozy and has such a cute view! Definitely recommend, especially if you're a group of 4-6 people, since the place is very spacious.

We were super happy with the accommodation, everything was clean, matched the photos. We especially appreciated the second new bathroom, which was lovely and for multiple people really helpful😁 The host along with the family were very friendly and willing to address anything we needed. Quiet, well-maintained. We spent 7 nights here. Good Water as a town didn't impress us. Crowds of people, hustle and bustle, plastic. There is no contact with nature. There are a lot of shops - it's very convenient. The building itself, in which the apartment is located, is a complex of apartments with access to the pool and down to the sea - there are sun loungers and umbrellas free of charge for guests, but people occupy them early in the morning. A path there amidst beautiful vegetation, perfect for taking photos-especially at sunset. Descent to the sea on a ladder or slippery stairs - take your bathing shoes. The direct descent from the apartment to the pool is very comfortable. When other people were in the pool, the noise was not tiring, because due to the air conditioning, there are doors and windows closed. The terrace is clean with a beautiful view. Perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Host punctual and responsible. Very good contact. We rented a car from him for two days. Everything went smoothly. Thank you!

Rasim is a fantastic host and his apartment in Kruce is a beautiful and relaxing haven, tucked in amongst groves of fruit trees in a quiet rural neighbourhood. A short walk away from crystal blue sea, with nature all around (even a wild tortoise wandering through the olive trees), you'd be hard pressed to find a better value, nature laden retreat, on the Montenegrin coast line.

The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The propriety is stunning. It has a lot of history behind it which we found interesting. We had everything we needed and more. Definitely worth staying there for a few nights!

The property really exceeds expectations - the house is on the cliff with fantastic views from the balconies and the porch. In the place, we found all we need. Stairs lead you down to the small beach. Access from the road is very easy and the parking space is big and convenient. In walking distance you can easily find all you need; also the big supermarket is in 15 minutes drive from Dobra Voda in the Bar. In 10 minute walk along the seaside, you can get to a number of nice restaurants and a public beach that we did not use as it is very crowded. At check-in, we were met by Valeria's co-host Marina who introduced us to the house and showed us all facilities, and explanted the rules. Rules were very easy - we can do whatever we want. She also advised us of the local restaurant in the mountains that turned out to be the best in town - we really loved it. She was also very helpful with small household questions during our stay. Basically, the house is exactly as described. 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room with a fireplace and kitchen. There is a washing machine and small fridge on the second floor. The fridge was extremely helpful to keep whisky, coke, and water that you can have sitting on the balcony. I recommend the place and the host without any reservations. My daughter and I are very thankful for the opportunity to spend our vacation in such a beautiful place and such a beautiful town. Valeria and Marina, thank you very much!

Doni is a nice host, He replied within 10 mins and gave us a lot of informaton. The check in was easy and flexible. The apartment location was aslo perfect, close to shops, beach and restaurants. In my opinion a car is a must have in Montenegro as there is no decent public transport. There is a large parking lot in the garden, which is a relief due to heavy traffic on the streets. We had a really great time there.

Great hosting from Vera and her husband. Adorable from the beginning to the end of the stay. Remote accommodation from the national road which is much appreciated. If we have the opportunity to go around again, we will go back without hesitation.

We stayed a couple of nights at Dori's place and it was great ! Very nice house with garden, walking distance from the lovely city center of Shkoder. Our host and his parents were really nice and we felt very comfortable. We arrived with our motorcycle and it was possible to park it inside their garage, which is a big plus for us. Dori is a very nice and positive guy who can suggest the best places to see and visit. It's a very good value for money and we can only recommend it for any travelers !

Oleg was a wonderful host! We stayed in his villa for a few days. The villa is located in a beautiful, quiet place with a wonderful view of the sea. The local beach is 200 meters from the house, which is very convenient. There is a supermarket and several cafes and restaurants nearby. Oleg, thank you for the welcome! We will come to you again!

This place is incredible would highly recommend staying here (although car is absolutely necessary).

Great place if you want to leave the crowd and noise behind. The place is perfect for a couple, all what you need for your stay is here. The view from the balcony and roof top is breathtaking- one of those that you can’t get enough of it. The beach and some restaurants are waking distance away. Definitely have a car so that you can move around freely. Milan is extremely helpful and friendly. He told us some tips and local recommendations which is what you need to have a great time exploring new place! We spent two weeks in Montenegro and a restaurant close by ( Konoba kod Slavka) is one of the best if you like fish and seafood.

Beautiful place with the most amazing sea view, really recommend it!! The apartment is even better in reality than on the photos. Very clean, modern and almost feel like home. Eduard was hospitable and helped us check in even though it was late at night. Best host! Will definitely come back and I recommend everyone to stay here. 5/5

The apartment is exactly as advertised. Flutura is always responsive. The place has a good view of the mountains. It is within walking distance to all attractions and restaurants.

The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!

The place was great. Good located, very near to the street with the bars, but quiet. The host was super helpfull, i’ve had a lot of questions and he was always here to help. The flat was very nice and well equiped, bed big and comfortable :) highly recommended.
