Everything was great during our stay. Apartment is new and shiny clean. Everything what is needed for long stay is there, air conditioning in both rooms. Gentjan provided us with all the cleaning and bathroom essentials which was very kind of him. All the communications with the host was also pleasant. Apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the beach and restaurants. The only thing which wasn’t good for us is power outages, those happened only during off-season (October), because I suppose some constructions were done. Nothing too long, but inconvenient for those who work remotely. Other than that, I totally recommend the place and host!

My family had a lovely stay in the perfect location - right by the beach, at the quieter end of the town. Shops and restaurants are at your doorstep. The apartment looked just like the pictures and was clean and organized. Beach chairs and umbrella can be rented daily and there are plenty to choose from. Finding street parking can be challenging during high season but it can be found a short walk away. Overall, the experience was wonderful and we look forward to returning again someday 😊

Easily found the place and the people behind this place are very communicative and helpful. The place is exactly like the pictures if not better. Very clean and very modern felt very boogie for the price. The view from both bedrooms was amazing. Price-wise youre getting your moneys worth no doubt about it. Overall would 100% suggest to couples and even 2 couples together, also I would and will visit again for sure no doubt.

We've been here for the second time now. It was a wonderful vacation again! Communication was great and the check in and check out was super flexible! The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is of course the highlight with a wonderful view of the sea. Here we have been able to watch many sunsets. Highly recommend! We'll be back.

Thank you Brikela for being a great host. The place is lovely as is the host, very helpful and offered lots of local knowledge and suggestions of places to eat and things to do. I felt very relaxed at the apartment and at home. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Skhoder. They even borrowed me a bike and I was able to visit the local lake.

Wonderful apartment. 20 minutes walk to the sea. There is a small shop near the house where you can buy everything you need. City view, the sea is extraordinary. In the afternoon, the balcony is in the shade and you can calmly enjoy the view over a cup of coffee...or not coffee) And of course a huge gratitude to Selmo and his wife. Thank you so much😊

Great central location and cozy apartment for a short stay. Bes is also easy to communicate with for any problems. Would recommend.

Everything was like on photos. It's realy close to sea, shops and restaurants. In high seson there can be a problem with parking place, becouse you have to park on the street. Luan is very helpful host, we have a some problem with checking in but he helps us and everything ends good.

Excellent communication, Xhoni is really friendly! The apartment was located in a perfect spot right by the beach (a minute walk if that). Clean, modern and very well thought out with tons and tons of little conveniences to make you feel completely at ease. As an aside, our little boy more than enjoyed the PS4 during the nights. Definitely recommended for any future bookings! Thanks for making our stay brilliant!

But what truly sets this place apart is the unparalleled view of the city. Waking up to such a breathtaking panorama every morning was a treat. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!

Great place if you want to leave the crowd and noise behind. The place is perfect for a couple, all what you need for your stay is here. The view from the balcony and roof top is breathtaking- one of those that you can’t get enough of it. The beach and some restaurants are waking distance away. Definitely have a car so that you can move around freely. Milan is extremely helpful and friendly. He told us some tips and local recommendations which is what you need to have a great time exploring new place! We spent two weeks in Montenegro and a restaurant close by ( Konoba kod Slavka) is one of the best if you like fish and seafood.

Adela's Estadía magnificent!!! A place that met all our expectations and more. Suitable, clean, safe, and above all very calmly... The pool and its view of the Kallmet Valley, its colorful sunsets, and BREATHTAKING surroundings. The people of the super friendly village, the beaches of the Kune-Vain-Tale nature reserve twenty minutes away, very close to Lezhe, and fifty minutes from Velipoje… Adela is a super hostess she helped us with everything, directions, contacts and practical advice. Always attentive and reactive.

Really very cool place with a sensational view. Everything was clean and the kitchen was equipped with the essentials. All in all, a clear recommendation for people traveling by car in Montenegro.

We felt truly at home, like family visiting from away we were welcomed very warmly. The pool is great, the room and linen are Sheraton level or better. Was very impressed. Will be back

What a great place! Clean, quiet, bright, with amazing views over nature (and a little bird's nest too!). I loved it and would 100% book again. Tatiana and Aron were also amazing hosts, so kind and helpful and I wish them all the best with everything.

The access is spectacular and only for experienced drivers. First of all, it makes a high-quality impression. Upon closer inspection, you can see many cheap materials. The doors and walls are covered with foil and this is peeling off, for example, on the lower door frame of the bathroom. The accuracy of fit of cabinet doors, etc. also leaves room for improvement. The kitchen is sparsely equipped. Few dishes and cutlery and neither toaster nor coffee maker. The volume from the neighboring apartments is unobtrusive, but if you cook next door, the smell is transferred to your own apartment. Great views and swimming in the clear waters of the Adriatic Sea are a great advantage of the complex in addition to the cleanliness. We enjoyed breakfast every morning. The selection of bread, cheese and cold cuts is very small, but every day we were surprised with many creations of roasted, baked and salads. Great praise to the staff: very nice, attentive and accommodating.

Martin's apartment is beautiful, very tasteful and furnished with a lot of love. You can tell that it is a place that is important to him and his family - and that is exactly how you can live here. As a family of four, we were able to sleep well and comfortably there and felt very comfortable. The equipment is very good and of high quality. I've never had Silit pans in a vacation rental. Martin is a very accommodating, helpful and dedicated host who took care of everything and all communication was exemplary. Particularly noteworthy is the very high level of cleanliness, something that is very important to me and that is lacking elsewhere. The apartment is fantastic, in the village itself you have to be careful as a pedestrian and in the car with the traffic. Velika Plaža is a great beach (also for children), the restaurant Il Galeone nearby is highly recommended. Thanks for the lovely stay in the great apartment!
