Newly built large view apartment located on the 9th floor right on the waterfront in the new harbor area in Vejle. From here, views of Vejle Fjord, Bølgen and Vejle city. 10 minutes' walk to the city center. In the apartment's large kitchen/living room, there are beautiful windows and access to one of the apartment's two balconies overlooking the fjord. The apartment's other balcony has evening sun and views towards the city. Both bathrooms have a shower and underfloor heating. There is an elevator and free parking.

There is plenty of room for everyone in this spacious and unique home. There are 4 bedrooms in the house and 1 bedroom in a separate annex, a total of 9 beds. There are 2 bathrooms in the house. There is a living room. A hall with sea views and a playroom for children on the ground floor. The house is located 50 meters from one of Denmark's best beaches, which is child-friendly. Guests must remember to bring bed linens, sheets and towels. All guests must purchase mandatory final cleaning.

The area is fantastic and the house is located at the quiet end of the cottage area. The scenic surroundings house plenty of wildlife, including breeding sea eagles in the area. If there is to be a little more, it is not far to Legoland, Vejle el Fredericia.
