Ideal for enjoying nature, tranquility, and a perfect location for excursions.

Everything is next door and very close: Supermarket, greengrocer, clothing stores, parking, bakery, bus, taxi and university area. The location is excellent both to visit the old area, take a walk through the Alameda (a spectacular park) or go out for drinks or dine outside at night. It is unbeatable for being very close to the historic center without being inside.
