Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest with views of Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the free area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and hiking. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and kid friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want partying. Want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

Welcome to our modern and newly renovated apartment in scenic surroundings in Søgne - only 15 minutes by car to Kristiansand city center. The apartment is perfect for couples, small families or friends who want a quiet base near both the archipelago and city life. The apartment has a bedroom with a large and comfortable double bed, without a door to the living room, as well as a sofa bed in the living room that can easily be converted into an extra double bed. Here up to 4 people can stay comfortably, possibly 3 children and 2 adults.

The road has a toll booth at both ends. 100 m from bicycle route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. You don't need a fishing license.

The hill also has an amazing beach for both big and small that is right by Åros. 20 min to the climbing park High and Lavt. Also suitable for commuters if you want a furnished cozy home for a shorter period of time.
