The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

We like being able to see seagulls and albatrosses in the wild and watch the landscape change every day There are several restaurants in the area. On wavy days you can see surfers practicing. It is very close to the avenue that connects several beaches of Telde.

Cute flat 15mins from tourist area 1st floor

Stunning recently updated flat just 15 minutes from the main beaches and tourism (you will save lot of money sleeping out of there). The flat has been renovated a short time ago, has free wifi and parking at the street is easy and free.
