Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village of Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts of Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached by the Albula cable car in 1 hour all year round. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser Viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela," the largest natural park in Switzerland with unlimited leisure activities.

Relax, enjoy your enjoyment, be active and amazement! Concept vacation home with garden and seating on a sunny slope in relaxed surroundings with stunning views. The simplicity of the architecture invites to coziness, the imposing view from the huge window in the woods and mountain worlds conjures up relaxation. Trin is idyllic and quiet and yet extremely close to the ski/hiking/bike and climbing area on mountain lakes and world heritage (7 min to Flims, 10 min to Laax). The main town of Chur is a 15-minute drive.

Diese wunderschöne und grosse (90 m2) Eigentumswohnung in der Heid gibt Ihnen das Gefühl in den Bergen und in Ihren Ferien angekommen zu sein. Die moderne Unterkunft, der grosse Aussenbereich mit 2 Balkonen und der zentrale Standort (500m vom Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig) bietet alles was man für einen schönen Wander-, Bike, oder Winterurlaub benötigt. Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt für Gäste ausgerichtet, die sich ein paar Tage/Wochen in den Bergen nach Luxus, Aktivität und Erholung sehnen.

Cross country ski season has started!

Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

This quiet and centrally located studio with a view of Piz Scalottas is ideal for 2 people and is situated in the heart of Lenzerheide. You can reach everything on foot, and your car can stay parked during your stay :-). What you can look forward to: Equipped kitchen with microwave Toilet/shower Bedroom/dining area Outdoor area to sit and enjoy summer evenings Ski and bicycle storage room Access to the laundry room if needed For stays, use of public parking.

Mountain Shack

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

Cozy apartment in a great location!

Relax with the whole family or your friends at this peaceful place to stay in Valbella (Lenzerheide). The stop for the sports bus can be reached within a minute. This takes you to the lake, to various ski areas on the Lenzerheide or to go sledding. The grocery store is very close by. The lake and a ski lift (Valbella village) can also be reached on foot, as they are so close. Also suitable for bikers as it is not far from the Rothornbahn.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

3.5 rooms for sports & recreation (family-friendly)

The family-friendly 75 sqm (3.5 rooms) ground floor apartment is located on the outskirts of Churwalden. The pretty Grisons village, the entry portal to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski resort. The place has a spectacular summer toboggan run. The center with shopping, outdoor pool / ice rink, as well as all lift stations are within 10 minutes' walk. The return trip from the slopes to the house is possible by skis or bus.

Cozy and central: Studio with free parking

The beautiful spacious studio (29 m² and 8 m² balcony) is centrally and quietly located in Valbella, just before Lenzerheide, in the Arosa-Lenzerheide vacation region. It is very well served by public transport (3-minute walk to the Valbella Dorf stop) or by car (free underground parking included). A perfect getaway for every season: for hiking, biking, skiing, working or vacationing in the mountains.

Apartment Hotel Schweizerhof

The spacious 1.5 room apartment is in a perfect location at Hotel Schweizerhof in Lenzerheide. Due to its central location, everything is within walking distance. The free sports bus takes you to the mountain railways in 5 minutes. Due to the affiliation with Hotel Schweizerhof, the family pool, hot tub and steam bath can be used free of charge. This ensures perfect relaxation after an eventful day.

Malix belongs to the municipality of Churwalden. The region is well known as a skiing, cycling and hiking region. The region also offers all kinds of sports and leisure activities. The capital of Grisons is Chur, and this city also has a lot to offer culturally.
