Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Vaz/Obervaz

Our stay at Janine‘s home was beyond anything we could have imagined. The setting is heavenly. We hardly wanted to leave the house. The surrounding area is absolutely amazing for hiking, which was the purpose of our trip. Janine greeted us when we arrived and spoke with us in perfect English, which was very helpful. Janine was helpful all throughout our stay giving us hiking recommendations as well as local eateries! The pictures on the website absolutely do not do the home justice. Every single person we met in the area was beyond kind and friendly.

If you want to escape from everyday life and just want to enjoy the mountain landscape, just perfect. The directions and check-in procedure were super good and we found the Hüttli right away. It was super clean and there was everything you needed on site. Even an outlet to charge your gadgets (if you want. We wanted to have peace). Really great and we are planning a repeat. Thank you very much for the great experience.

I have so many good things to say about this place. Philip was incredibly kind and helpful. The place was stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. It is peaceful and walkable and everywhere you look is beautiful. The place is cozy and super clean, I loved opening the windows and just staring out at the view. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

It was fantastically beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The cottage was decorated and furnished with a lot of love down to the smallest detail. It has a great view and invites you to linger. The uncomplicated contact with Silvia was also very pleasant. Hopefully we can be guests again :)

We rented the place for a company event (we needed 5 bedroom). The place is easily accessible, we all had a double bed. We had mentioned we wanted to use the BBQ if the weather would allow it. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by the host and they had already started the fire pit for us to grill that evening. The living room and dining area was spacious and could accommodate all us of (5 adults) without problem.

We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing at the secluded mountain cabin and came back feeling completely refreshed. We went on many hikes and loved spending time in the spacious garden. The kitchen is well-equipped and very clean, and the sauna is simply dreamy. Pietro was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which kept cutting out — but that actually added to the sense of total relaxation. Our dog also felt very much at home.

We had a really fantastic stay at this private house. The only challenge was getting up, which we did not expect. Also with lots of stuff hiking up, we had so much "fun", but it only made us stronger. Finally the atmosphere up the hill was amazing. The owner was really nice and warm person. Recommended!

We enjoyed our vacation in the accommodation very much. The hikes are all super accessible by car and you can walk to the lake wonderfully with the dog. Here it is recommended to know where the dog beach is, as the bathing meadow has strict dog bed prohibition. The apartment was very pleasantly cold despite the high temperatures outside. The garden is very well maintained and invites you to the aperitif outside, as it is also fenced. We would leave again, highly recommended

We enjoyed staying at the apartment. It is tastefully & functionally furnished. The view of Lake Maggiore, the valleys & mountains is spectacular.

We had a wonderful stay in Flims with our two sons (2 and 8). The apartment is super child-friendly. The boys were very happy about the play box and the adjoining garden. We felt very comfortable and welcome in the apartment. Nicole and her husband are super friendly hosts and the view is of course a dream. If we plan another trip to Flims, we will be happy to come back! Thanks for the great time!

We enjoyed the accommodation very much!! The location is nice and quiet. The ski lifts in Savognin are nearby. Only about 10 minutes by car. The apartment is very well equipped. It has everything you need. We felt very comfortable. Thank you and we will be happy to come back.

Dieter and Sylvia’s apartment is incredible, more beautiful than pictured, on an aquamarine lake with views of snowcapped peaks, farmhouse-dotted mountains, and windsurfers whipping around like dragon flies. We would have happily sat on the patio all day. Or better yet, on the stone steps with our feet in the lake! When time came to go indoors, each room was tasteful and comfortable, with big windows and phenomenal views. The kitchen is well designed, equipped with everything you need. And the apartment was spotlessly clean. There is a ton to do in the area and the town of Flüelen is relaxed and easy. We hope to come back to experience it in winter! Dieter and Sylvia were very generous with their attention, making sure our needs were met in the apartment and pointing us in the direction of special activities outside. Their kindness and hospitality made a big impression on us. This is a magical place. Hands down, our best AirBnB ever.

Believe the hype! Perfect place to stay for our family of 5 (5 yr old, 3 yr old, 1 yr old). Sabine went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable after our travel from the States, going as far as to grabbing us a few groceries so we wouldn’t have to go out the night we arrived. Sabine’s place was clean and had all the things we needed including a crib, high chair, changing table and toys for the kids. The location was perfect and a close walk to the bus stop and the port. We were only a quick boat ride away from Lucerne and other major towns. Also a block or two away are a small grocery store, butcher, and great bakery. Book Sabine’s place, you won’t regret it.

We traveled with friends and stayed for a couple of days at Nikki's, it was incredible, we will definitely be back 🙌

The house is located in a super location where there is no noise and no neighbors nearby. We spent 4 days in this house in the middle of April, the weather was fine, we served the table outside, walked a lot, bathed in a warm bathroom that stands in the courtyard. It snowed on the last day and it was beautiful too. Many thanks to the hosts who were always in touch and always promptly answered questions. I also want to note that the house is very functional and it is convenient that you can buy essential products on the spot.

Very helpful and attentive hosts. Very clean and well-equipped place. Very good location for those looking for sun, clean air, and tranquility. For those who have walking problems, consider the ten-minute walk to reach the cabin. The road to get near the cabin by car in the last stretch is unpaved, so it is unsuitable for low cars as correctly reported by the owners. You can go on interesting walking excursions from the house. The telephone/data signal is almost absent and there is no television, so the accommodation is really suitable for those who want to disconnect. A few cabins nearby.

A few girlfriends and I spent an extended weekend in the chalet of Salome and Jan. It was extremely idyllic. The mountain panorama is like a painting. Salome and Jan are extremely friendly hosts and interested in the guest having a good time in their paradise. I am a little monk and was very satisfied with the hygiene. I had disinfectants with me just in case, but it was absolutely unnecessary. There's passion in the cottage! The hot pot is also a cool thing, especially since we had fog and it was rather fresh one day, so it was perfect to enjoy something and warm up. The climb from the car/parking lot to the top is not easy, but it is worth every effort! 💯 Hopefully not the last time 🙏 Sincerely, Chantal and the Rasselbande 😉

Stunning place. Definition of an amazing view. Absolute quiet and remote place and yet 10mins to Lidl.

****Exceeded our expectations****h the view are absolutely amazing . Ralf was very responsive and very welcoming. Wish we could have spent more time but needed to move on with our travel plans. Would definitely recommend, loved the personal touch of the very cosy chalet.

Visiting from the U.S., this place was a gem that placed my family of four right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. Surrounded by alpine pastures, slightly above the town of Davos this place combines quiet luxury and comfort with convenience. The place is kept with lots of love and care, and I know my young kids made lifelong memories here. The host is extremely attentive and helped with many recommendations throughout our stay. It was a wonderful week in the Centovalli! The house is located in a small village surrounded by nature with fantastic views. We felt very comfortable. And would definitely come again. Very nice surroundings for cycling, hiking and for excursions to Italy or Lake Maggiore. Great restaurants in the surrounding areas. Accommodation has everything you need. Good communication with the owners. An all-round successful week. It won't be the last time
