Charming farmhouse on the outskirts of Nevers and Magny-Cours, yet located in a charming country village. Thanks to its proximity to the highway (5 km/3 miles), you can quickly reach Pouilly-sur-Loire and Sancerre for wonderful winery tours, as well as Nevers. Ideal for family gatherings, you can enjoy the (unheated) swimming pool, beautiful walks in the forest, and a multi-sport field. The house is in the heart of the village; noisy groups or parties are strictly prohibited.

Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.
