Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Vathy

Honestly the best Airbnb we have stayed in. The semi private cove was a big highlight, no one else used this our entire trip so felt like we had a private beach on the doorstep! The views were incredible from the garden, one day we planned to go to the beach however enjoyed the garden so much we decided to stay! Great distance to lassi where the restaurants and bars are. Paid €8 for a taxi into argostoli and took roughly 7minutes to drive. Very good location’

This place is a hidden palace on the hill, located quite well for most things you may want to do in Southern Kefalonia. And if you want to stay there and do things at the furthest point north, it’s a 1h25m drive. We loved the cleanliness and quiet. There is one neighbor next door which appears be a mirror villa to this one. There is a little bit of noise from the airport but I found it enjoyable watching a planes take off. There aren’t many, perhaps 1-2 per hour. Gjon & his team are very kind and accommodating. The outdoor space is quite large and the pool is as big as it looks in the photos. I would estimate it to be about 15 meters (45 feet). There is enough parking space for several cars. The amenities inside are modern, and the whole place looks recently built or renovated. Everything works perfectly and it’s a great place to have as a home on the island. This place is flawless and it was a top tier experience. Put in Pantheon Villa Svoronata into GPS for a smooth arrival.

This is a magical villa with an amazing view. Super clean and modern accommodations. Perfect for 2 couples to coexist very comfortably. We spent our days exploring the incredible island but we always looked forward to getting back to the house to lounge in the pool. We walked to great restaurants and shopping in 10 minutes. The host is so friendly and responsive. I hope to go back again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was wonderful, and the view from the terrace during breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. We felt very welcome and would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Poros.

Staying in the villa feels like staying at home: it’s cozy, well equipped, decorated with love and Angie and her family are all incredibly nice. A huge bonus- they can prepare food for you which is with home grown vegetables and tastes amazing. We had no issues with the check in or when leaving and I feel we were very lucky to have found this place. If you want peace and quiet, a gorgeous view and the privacy of a whole house, this is your place. 🧡

This was the perfect holiday home. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the infinity pool was perfect and used every day. Relaxing on the sun beds and reading our books with a panoramic view of the sea was perfect. Although our stay was only a week, the villa was cleaned and all towels replaced half way through our stay. Pool towels were provided and good quality shampoo and shower gel in the bathrooms. The air con was efficient and quiet. Gerasimo was the perfect host, responding to any queries efficiently and pleasantly. We appreciated the welcome gifts and especially the delicious baklava baked by Gerasimo's wife and delivered on our last day. Kefalonia is a beautiful island and this was the perfect villa to enjoy it from.

Super villa, well appointed and lovely character. And killer views over the port toward Ithaca. Great verandah over the front of the villa which was ideal for morning breakfast and sundown lazing. Loved Paros, it's more an active and lively port than a tourist hotspot and that suited us just fine. Wasn't crowded, wasn't noisy, and we enjoyed mixing with the locals on the waterfront in the evenings. There's a ferry that comes and goes several times a day that we found strangely captivating – again it's part of the town being alive and vital, serving the locals, not just over-indulged tourists. George was wonderful, friendly, helpful and caring. He changed the bedding twice in the eight days we were there and was on hand should we need anything – without ever being intrusive. We had a hire car and found the roads quiet and very easy to drive so were able to travel all over the island. Top holiday!

What a wonderful experience ! The agent Dimitra was so responsive and the owners Maria and George own the Rotsis bakery up the road. Maria came every morning with fresh omelettes ( mine were shrimp) amazing local yoghurt , warm bread and pastries and fresh espressos. Nothing was too much and we were very spoiled. The location is perfect ! Its own private beach and a two minute walk along the water front to the port and amazing restaurants. Absolutely stunning in every way !!!!! The place was clean and Dimitris was a very good host. Very friendly with good recommendations on restaurants and places to see. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the city square where you will find plenty of restaurants and bars. We felt safe walking at night to and from the apartment. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the hot water. There is hot water but it can run out fairly quickly. It was enough for 2 quick showers but that was about it. Not too much of an issue and we still enjoyed our stay very much.

Fabulous place to stay in centre of Sami

We had an excellent stay at the place. The apartment was super clean and perfect for a couple. Great advantage of easy and private parking next to the space. Hosts were very kind and made us feel at home. I'm sure we'll do it again.

Christina and her parents are kind and generous hosts, providing basic provisions and gifts of home-grown pomegranates and eggs from their own hens. The apartment was light, airy and well furnished, with good bed linen and plenty of towels, loo roll, shower gel, etc. Good light-excluding shutters and quiet, efficient air con. The gardens are pretty and well-maintained with seating in sun or shade, as preferred. Attractively lit in the evenings. The views of the sea and mountains are stunning from dual aspect balconies, which are in sunshine all day long. 10 minute walk to the sea and nearest tavernas. Narrow beaches are stony but accessible. 5 minute drive to pretty port of Sami with small supermarkets, shops and many bars and tavernas. Ferries to Ithaca and mainland. No sandy beaches locally. However, the sea is beautifully clear.

The apparent is beautiful, so clean and nicely decorated, the bed is comfy anf the facilities are brand new. The kitchen is well equipped and the view is beautiful. Great location, just perfect for reaching all the island attractios. Memi and her mother are wonderful hosts and helped us with anything we needed. We had a wonderful stay, I recommend this appartment very much!

We had a fantastic holiday, the apartment is just like the pictures. Katerina sent us video instructions for how to open the insect screens, hot water button, how the oven works, etc, and everything worked perfectly as described. There were welcome items such as water, butter and jams in the fridge and there were plenty of towels and extra bedding and pillows. The balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunrise and eat breakfast in the morning sunshine, and in the afternoon/evening there is welcome shade after a day of sightseeing. Argostoli is the perfect location with plenty of restaurants, shops and amenities very close by. We didn’t hire a car but we did use the local bus service frequently and it was very inexpensive and easy to get around. Many thanks for a lovely holiday

Beautiful apartment surrounded by a wonderful garden. You can quickly reach the beautiful, mostly empty beach, which is also good for children to swim. Chloe lovingly takes care of the house and garden, we hope to come back soon!

We loved our first visit to Kefalonia and Eagles Nest was a perfect place to stay. Marina was so helpful and friendly We will definitely return

Beautiful studio, fully equipped and comfortable. I loved the location: it’s a bit on the edge of the village and very peaceful, but you can walk to the restaurants and supermarkets. Amazing sunrises over the sea from the balcony. I’ll come back here next time I’m in kephalonia. Warmly recommended!

The spacious ground floor apartment is an amazing place for a vacation. The apartment is very modern, feels very new, spotlessly clean, with a lot of love that has gone into making this apartment a home from home. 1 minute walk to the sea, 2 minutes walk to some amazing restaurants by the sea. The apartment had everything you would need for a truly amazing vacation. 5 stars plus! Hoping to return next year!

What a wonderful, tranquil place, Villa Rosa is! The gardens are tidy, and well kept and so colourful! As has already been said, “what’s not to like?!!” Joy and her team, made you feel that nothing was too much trouble for them, when it came to answering your every whim! And they were always smiling, and never made you feel that you were in the way. The location is superb, and because it’s away from main roads, it’s very quiet. It’s near the sea, and a 7 minute walk from the beach at Trapezaki, and Denis Taverna. A Hire car is a must as there’s so much to see. Now for the breakfast menu, wow! There was a variety of options for breakfast, and all food was cooked to perfection! Joy was willing to accommodate our unusual dietary limitations, too! And on to cleanliness, in a word, spotless!! The cleaning lady went in every day so there was no chance that dirt or sand could accumulate on the floor! The linen and towels were replaced with fresh, every third day, so everything smelled clean!

George's house turned out to be everything it promised and more! Very convenient location, literally a stone's throw from both the center and the promenade, but despite this, it is quiet and with numerous parking spaces on the road nearby. The house was clean, tidy and was able to meet all our needs for all eight nights of our stay. George, the host, deserves a separate chapter! Very kind, super helpful, his advice on places and beaches to visit, combined with logistical advice on where to eat, shop, etc. really contributed to the perfect success of our vacation! His information on the arrival days of cruise ships in the port of Argostoli proved to be fundamental for our organization of "when to go where", allowing us to enjoy the beauty of the island to the fullest. Very clean Appartment a few minutes walk to the beach

We had a lovely stay at Manolis's house. It is within walking distance of everything that Sami has to offer and close to many of the local beaches. Highly recommend for both short and long stays in Keflonia.

Absolutely perfect stay in the heart of Lixouri! This house exceeded all expectations — immaculately clean, beautifully decorated with a stylish and modern touch, and incredibly convenient for everything you could need. It’s ideally located for exploring all the stunning nearby beaches, yet peaceful and quiet at night. What made it even more special was the thoughtful attention to families: the house was wonderfully equipped for a little toddler, with a comfy crib, toys, and little touches that made us feel completely at home. It’s clear the hosts truly care and go the extra mile. Highly recommended for anyone, including families — you’ll feel relaxed, welcomed, and truly taken care of in this lovely home. We can’t wait to visit again!
