The apartment is super convenient for a small family and Jennie was so sweet to put things out for our kids. We had an easy way to find everything and the check-in worked smoothly. The apartment is nicely located and it was easy to go for a walk in Vimmerby from there or to Astrid Lindgreens World.

Our stay at the house was absolutely perfect! The serene Swedish countryside setting is the ideal backdrop for this beautifully renovated home. Some of our favorite things regarding our stay was the well-equipped kitchen which made cooking a joy, the high-quality beds and furniture around the house and the peaceful outdoor spaces where we could relax and take in the stunning surroundings. The communication with the host was excellent—they were responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. This retreat is perfect for anyone seeking a tranquil escape. We can't recommend it enough and can’t wait to return for a longer stay next summer!

Dear Jana and Jonas, we had a wonderful (although too short) holiday in your wonderful, cozy, super welcoming house. Already the arrival worked perfectly, we were even allowed to arrive earlier, nothing was missing, everything really perfect, super clean and a warm "home" from the first moment. We relaxed in the sauna and cooled down in the river next to the house, enjoyed the evenings at the fireplace, the kids were super happy and climbed and ran everywhere in the garden, we had nice walks around the lake and the best of our visit: Jonas showed us some precious natural treasures in the wood nearby, we had a little fire in the wilderness with fika and cookies, these are unforgettable moments, thank you so much for sharing these with us. We will definitely come back, next time at least two weeks. Thank you so much again!

Katarina and Lars are super nice and helpful when we needed help. The house is really beautiful and idyllic and the outdoor terrace is great to stay on. The area around the house is clean nature and super lovely. We enjoyed walking to the lake where we had the opportunity to use a rowboat.

There were nine of us and there was plenty of room and sleeping options. There was everything needed to cook and there was a great barbecue. The house has become well warm, especially with the fireplace. Highly recommended for a holiday with several people. We had a fantastic time and thank you for the accommodation.

This is a lovely, secluded, little cabin in the forrest, but very accessible as only 1 km from the E22 highway. Elisabet was really friendly and welcoming. She also an adorable dog! A great place to unwind and escape from the modern world. But be careful when arriving, as the entrance is easy to miss. Highly recommended. Thanks!

The house was great with a very nice sea side view! Unfortunately, we had really bad weather, but the house was also very nice for sitting inside and feeling comfortable! There have been a lot small details to feel like home! We missed nothing! The host, Susanne, was very friendly, communication really easy and she supported a lot with nice excursions and recommendations! We really enjoyed our stay at Bryxelkrok! Thanks!

The house is just perfect. It is absolutely detailed and everything has been thought of. It's practical and beautiful. You're just comfortable. Everything is also available around the house. There was a lot of effort in furnishing the house and the property with attention to the details. We had a very nice first Swedish vacation.

The children have plenty of space and opportunities to occupy themselves, while the parents can sit relaxed on the terrace or in the cozy living room. We were guests at Anette's with four people for a week. Anette was on site to welcome us, the place was as described, beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. Extremely quiet location and a good starting point for excursions. Also recommended and especially with children is the Kleva Gruva, an old mine. The property is not located directly on the lake, you have to walk a little downhill over the pasture or you can go to the nearest swimming spot, which is not far away. There is also an impressive little Schlips Museum... Thank you for letting us be there.

Malin is very welcoming and tries her best to make you feel at home. She can give you lots of tips on what to do in the surroundings. I very much enjoyed having direct access to the lake and went swimming and boating (you can rent a small rowing boat from Malin's neighbour). The electric heater outside on the porch comes very handy when the evenings get cooler.

The accommodation was super nice and convinced us with its coziness and charm. We stayed here for two nights because we visited the Astrid Lindgren world. Just right for this purpose, as we were at the park very quickly by car. The charming little wooden cottage is quietly located and all in all an absolute recommendation. Also the owners were very friendly.

Extremely pleasant and cozy accommodation in old cultural neighborhood. So atmospheric and nice to walk "home" along Besvärsgatan during Christmas days. The house was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Located centrally but very calm and quiet. Nice to see the sea through the living room window. Very good communication with host. Want to rent this summer as well.

Such a nice house that in every way met our expectations. We spent the autumn holidays here and appreciated that the house was warm and cozy, with the fireplace that made it extra cozy. There are also several games in the house which the children liked. Great kitchen with everything you need for cooking. The location is great, both in the area with proximity to the sea, and to explore the northern parts of Öland. Everything above combined with smooth check-in and nice host allows me to highly recommend this accommodation!

Mats and Liselotte were so nice and welcoming and I would love to stay with them again in the future. My dog was as welcome as me and had it at least as well. We had a wonderful stay at Nicole and Tobias house. It is a truly extraordinary experience to spend time in such a remote place. We could see the most beautiful starry nights and at days you could hear and see a lot of animals around the house. Nicole was quick replying, proactive and even brought us some of the eggs her hens laid and Tobias gave us a warm welcome even though we arrive pretty late at night. We had an altogether great time and would love to come back sometime.

Second year we stay at this home. So fresh and lovely that we can stay many people! Harry is very quick and accommodating in his communication. Will be back again!

A lovely apartment in a quiet area, close to amenities and a short walk to the sea. An accurate listing which is easy to find with good private off road parking. The hosts are very friendly and respond quickly to messages, and the resident cat is a sweetheart. We had an amazing stay in Västervik and will be back!

Great, fresh and complete apartment with everything you need and then some! The place gets extra plus for the tasteful decor, that it was clean, fresh and smelled very good! Comfortable beds, large bathroom, well equipped kitchen! Jessica and Fredrik were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to our questions. Recomend!
