We rent out our nice little cottage/lake cabin in Västervik during the summer months. The cottage is located 2 km from the city center and 50 m to the pier where you can take a morning swim. The cottage consists of large cottage with bedable corner sofa, TV and dining area, small kitchen, bedroom with 120 cm bed and a terrace under roof in southwest facing with a fantastic view of Gamlebyvik and in towards Västervik. There is a shower and toilet. The cottage is 40 sqm including terrace suitable for 2 adults and 1 child Barbecue is available. Bed linens , towels and cleaning not included

Newly renovated, central farmhouse right by the water with your own jetty. 25 sqm with 2 beds, Extra mattress available. Secluded lovely sun deck with lounge furniture and barbecue. The house has the essentials as simpler kitchen and newly renovated marble bathroom. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the city center and the way there is fantastic along the water. In the center there are many cozy cafes, restaurants and shops. You who rent the guesthouse can use the dock just outside. Please note that there is a dog on site. Bicycles are available to borrow.

Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Attention, not for partying groups!

There are exercise equipment, etc. Close to Västervik Loftahammar Vimmerby Norrköping Söderköping and Linköping You may come out in the Tjust archipelago with boats from Västervik and Loftahammar It is about 65 km to Astrid Lindgren's world. Close to cettering places. You can enjoy the tranquility of our garden. If you don't want to clean up after yourself, we do it for an extra cost.

Cozy little cabin in the owner's yard. Shared bathroom/kitchen and private toilet/sink in the owner's house. The stuga is located along the forest side of the village and therefore fairly quiet. Parking is free next to the stuga. Family with 2 children (2 and 7) live in the main house, but are generally going to school and work all day long. Loftahammar is a very touristic place with various activities. Boat rental and bicycle rental is possible.

We loved every minute of our stay at Camilla’s house. It was peaceful and perfect for 4 adults and our one small dog. We especially loved the new sauna - it’s beautifully built, with top of the line heat for the ultimate relaxation experience. The rowboat, the access to the sea, the surrounding lawn and nature trails all added to the perfect weekend to get away! The house is even better than the listing and pictures show. Camilla is the perfect host - helpful, responsive and kind, and she has created a very special place for travelers to rest and relax! We’re so happy we found it and we can’t wait to find a reason and time to be back at her house!

We had a great time at the house! Christoffer was always available and responded quickly and easily and was very helpful! The many toys for our daughter were also great! Västervik and Vimmerby (and Bullerbü) are close and worthwhile destinations. Overall, we highly recommend the accommodation!

The kitchen area features modern cabinetry in muted tones, equipped with a refrigerator, oven, and coffee maker. A ladder leads to a lofted sleeping space, while stylish white tiles and wooden accents enhance the functional design.

I had a great, unfortunately only short, stay at Maria's. I have rarely experienced such a well-equipped house. There was nothing missing and the house is suitable for longer stays. The location is so idyllic - a dream! The communication with Maria was very friendly and so easy! I will definitely remember the house and will be happy to come back. But then longer than one night. Thank you!

Very beautiful landscape! You are completely alone (except for the castle, but that's also a bit away) so there is comple silence except for the birds, the water (wich you have a absolutely stunning view on).. The inside was perfectly clean and organized, however it is to note that the building isn't quite finished yet: All of the light switches are missing (the only way to control the light is via a single tablet, but you'll get used to it quickly). The fireplace wich is advertised is there but not connected to a chimney, wich makes it unusable (there's just a candle inside). Other than that the house has everything you could possibly need (especially in the kitchen). Overall just great!
