The villa is placed on a corner plot with access to a newly built terrace (2023) with Weber charcoal grill and nice grassy areas Fast broadband is available as well as access to TV with Chromecast. Both the kitchen and bathroom/laundry room renovated in 2021 and wood-burning stove installed in 2022.

There is a soap stove in the house that can be burned in. Guests have access to their own jetty and rowboat, Ryds 390 There is also a hot electric heated hot tub available with 39 degrees all year round (Note: No bubbles only cleaning) Guests will bring their own linens and towels as well as charcoal and sparkling to the grill.

Opposite the cottage about 10-15 meters there is a separate small cottage where it can be other tenants who rent, alternatively if you need more beds a four that are offered in this cabin you can rent for this suction.
