Welcome, here you have an inexpensive accommodation with its own entrance, bathroom with shower and smaller kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to cook simple meals. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. The cottage is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a stove, a shower and a composting toilet, as well as a nice outdoor toilet. Sea views both from the deck and the sofa in the living room, enjoy an incredible sunset sitting out late at night. Walking distance to nice sandy beach for swimming and barbecue. Relax and unwind without WiFi and TV channels.

In the best sunny location, right by beautiful Skulesjön, is this simple cottage – perfect for those who want to explore the High Coast during the day and enjoy the tranquility in the evening with a wood-fired hot tub and sauna! Five beds: one double bed, one bunk bed and one sofa bed. The kitchen is simply equipped with a stove, microwave, kettle, refrigerator and running cold water. Toilet (separate) and shower with hot water are in a separate building. Please note that guests need to bring their own bed linen and towels.

This unique home lets you sleep up among the birds. Enjoy the view from a tree house 6 meters up in a pine tree. Its 8-sided shape makes the house feel spacious. About half the area is a large bed with room for two adults and 2 children. Electricity is withdrawn, a small element provides heat well into the fall. Toaster, stovetop and kettle are available as well as a water jug with tap. Below the cabin, there is a barbecue area for cooking. There is also an outdoor toilet with a water can, soap and towel

Letting go of everyday worries, putting your phone away, and allowing yourself to be enchanted by your surroundings. Lighting a fire, canoeing, looking out over the water's edge from the edge of the bed as even the beaver can swim by sometimes, boil coffee and cook over an open fire. Skuleberget/Via Ferrata is 30 min away. The cabin has an electric stove, outdoor grills and a trampoline for kids. The bathroom building features stunning bay-view too.

Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk).
