Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. The gîte du lavoir, in the heart of the village of Varzy, a village nestled in the heart of hills and forests, is a small, secure, independent old house, conducive to calm and hiking. An enclosed lot, allows the parking of a vehicle. On site: local shops, nursing home, pharmacy. Museum. The gîte is 2.5 hours from Paris, close to the Nivernais Canal, 1 hour from the Loire Valley, Morvan, Vézelay and Guédelon. Weekly rental in July-August.

Isabelle and Denis welcome you to this old farmhouse restored to a modern style in the heart of a quiet village typical of Nièvre. this old house is elevated, offering you unobstructed views of the countryside. It is an excellent stay to discover the Morvan Regional Park, Vezelay, Guedelon as well as the Nivernais Canal, through different types of museums. Accept only two animals per reservation.

You will have a bedroom with TV, a bathroom with shower, toilet and a dining area (kitchenette) with microwave, mini oven, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, fridge and freezer. (No hob).
