The gîte du lavoir, in the heart of the village of Varzy, a village nestled in the heart of hills and forests, is a small, secure, independent old house, conducive to calm and hiking. The gîte is 2.5 hours from Paris, close to the Nivernais Canal, 1 hour from the Loire Valley, Morvan, Vézelay and Guédelon. Weekly rental in July-August.

Churches (Basilica of Vezelay) and Castles. Or relax reading a book on your terrace with great views.

Isabelle and Denis welcome you to this old farmhouse restored to a modern style in the heart of a quiet village typical of Nièvre. this old house is elevated, offering you unobstructed views of the countryside. It is an excellent stay to discover the Morvan Regional Park, Vezelay, Guedelon as well as the Nivernais Canal, through different types of museums. Accept only two animals per reservation.
