Villa Östervik is located on the outskirts of Kristinehamn on the road towards Karlstad. Large social areas both inside (250 m2) and large terrace (200m2) The house features three floors Floor1 hallway, living room, bedroom, toilet and kitchen Level2 office/ workspace, and three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Basement has laundry room. The large fantastic kitchen is 50 sqm with large table seating 8 people. Large terrace facing south with pool, jacuzzi with sauna and shower as well as outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and barbecue overlooking Lake Vänern.

Here you are in the middle of the countryside, but if you want city life for a day, a trip to Karlstad is recommended, or the small towns of Säffle and Åmål. Vänern's beautiful archipelago is only 10 minutes away by bike along a cozy road. At Solbacken you have all you need to live the good life.

On Storön you get to experience the tranquility, far away from the city but close to nature. Storön is a car-free island with no land connection. It offers Vänern which offers amazing sunsets and baths from both cliffs and sandy beaches. We even have an amazing forest that offers a rich plant and animal life with both gravel road and animal trails. In wintertime, there are nice ice cream for long-distance skates. The service home sits on a farm and every day there is the possibility to accompany and feed the animals.

Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Nature is just outside your door and in the evening you will watch the sun set over the lake. We look forward to welcoming you!

Här har Ni tillgång till ett spabad, en uteplats att grilla på, två sovrum inomhus och en nybyggd gäststuga med två bäddsoffor. Laddbox till elbilar finns att tillgå. Läget är optimalt om Ni behöver komma bort från storstadens stress och bara få njuta av lugnet. Koppla av i spabadet, ta långa promenader, elda i kaminen, och låt själen få ro.

Welcome to the villa in Östanbjörke with a beautiful view of the bird lake Björken! The 79 m2 house has been renovated to a luxurious modern standard. There are two bedrooms, suitable for 4 guests. You can admire the view from the dining area or enjoy the sunny veranda. In the area you can go hiking, swimming, fishing and canoeing and afterwards relax in the swimming pool or sauna. The house is fully available to the tenant and if you need anything, we live nearby.

The guesthouse was built in 2010 and is 30 m2 + sleeping loft. The house is located nature near with nice walking paths in the woods and countryside. The lake, Västra Silen, is located for swimming and fish interested about 2.5 km. 10 min walk to Centrum, 15 mins to Sweden's most beautiful racetrack, Årjängs busy track. 120 km to Oslo, 100 km to Karlstad, good bus connections to both destinations. Shower, toilet, bathtub and sauna. Less than 1km from the house is Bomstadsbadens camping.

Here you live with the silence in the middle of nature, right by a lake but with all the amenities you might need. In the nearby area there are several lakes and nice fishing waters, the opportunity to pick berries and mushrooms, hike or why not take a ride on any snowmobile trail.
