The house breathes love for nature and sits on a quiet island in the Stockholm Archipelago consisting mostly of nature reserves. There are no cars or noise here, only wild berries and wild life. Close to the sea, the own jetty (see picture) is about 100 meters from the house. Access to wood stove, wood-fired sauna, 2 Sea kayaks (K1) and 2 Mountain bikes (Everything is included in the rental rental rental rental rental).

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, sea glimpse from both windows and terrace. Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. A bike can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

This cottage is located in Evlinge in Värmdö municipality and is close to the water with swimming area (approx. 2500 meter). A lot of nature is close at hand with great hiking opportunities. Short walk to the bus that takes you to Stockholm. Charming newly renovated cottage that houses features for a comfortable cozy accommodation. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a culinary meal. There is a washing machine. Turn the knob under the water tap to get water to the washing machine.

The living room has a sofa bed that can be pulled out to the double bed as well as a single bed. A modern shower room is in the barn next door and shared with the other guest house. The guesthouse has its own dry box.
