Very nice apartment, great location and with everything you need to feel at home! The room is cozy and the bed is very nice. The concierge service is very well insured and the managers are available and flexible. I recommend.

Perfect accommodation for quick access to the Circuit de Magny-Cours, in a very quiet and tranquil little village. No problem parking. The Harmonie accommodation offers everything you need, equipped kitchen, dishes etc. It fully matched my needs. I recommend, Harmonie is a very friendly host as well as her friend who welcomed me this time. I will not hesitate to come back at an upcoming tour event.

Clean, functional accommodation. Everything is there: equipped kitchen, everything is there! A cozy living room and functional bathroom. Correct bedding. Maybe a coat rack to add. Otherwise, we didn't want for anything! The apartment is well located (parking at the foot of the building), shops in the immediate vicinity (within walking distance). Quiet and relaxing environment. Having family on Decize, we will be back :)

I read 3 apartments in the same building to host friends for my birthday party. As with the others, this apartment is superb and in a very central and picturesque location. Everything is as described, so don't hesitate if you're looking for high-end accommodation for your stay in Nevers

We booked Mathieu's place to spend a short weekend in Nevers. We arrived on Friday night late (11:45 pm) and thanks to the directions and videos offered by Mathieu, we were able to enter the apartment very easily. The residence is very quiet and clean. The apartment was very clean and perfectly matched the listing and it was hot (rented on 2/15)... There is private parking at the back of the building, but we did not need it as it is very easy to park on the street which is a white area (free parking). The apartment is located next to the train station, close to the city center.

Heidi was a lovely host - generous, thoughtful, communicative. The apartment was impossibly cosy and impeccably designed. It was the perfect place for us to kick off our tour of the Loire Valley and we wish we had stayed longer! Oh, and breakfast, tres delicieux!

Chantal and Nigel were great hosts. Very kind, friendly and generous. On hand to help with recommendations. Great location and very peaceful. Had a lovely cycle along the canal and river. Very welcome to have air conditioning in the heat.

Matches the description perfectly, everything is very clean and brand new. Everything has been thought out for a relaxing time! A little downside for us who like firm mattresses, this one is too soft for us but that's for everyone to decide!
