Impeccable, very clean and well appointed accommodation. It feels good. The common areas could use a refresh but once you arrive in the accommodation you discover a small attic apartment that's pleasant to stay in.

the 2nd time we've come, apartment always very good, rather very clean and well-equipped.

Friendly accommodation, easy access and parking nearby always available, too bad we didn't have time to go for a walk along the waterway that is next to the accommodation because the walk looks very nice. But we came to join friends who were riding motorcycles on the Magny-Cours circuit, so we didn't have time to visit the surroundings, maybe another time. We didn't need to contact Jean-Loup because everything was clear and impeccable, but we know he was there just in case.

This is already the third time I've gone through Mathieu for accommodation in Nevers and I have no complaints. Everything is always impeccable, clean, clear instructions, accessible. Mathieu is very responsive if needed. I will gladly stay at Mathieu's for my next visits to Nevers.

We booked Mathieu's place to spend a short weekend in Nevers. We arrived on Friday night late (11:45 pm) and thanks to the directions and videos offered by Mathieu, we were able to enter the apartment very easily. The residence is very quiet and clean. The apartment was very clean and perfectly matched the listing and it was hot (rented on 2/15)... There is private parking at the back of the building, but we did not need it as it is very easy to park on the street which is a white area (free parking). The apartment is located next to the train station, close to the city center.

Listing as described, the Loire is walkable for beautiful walks as well as the Carnot market for shopping. We could go back to the area and come back to this place.
