There is an extra bed, washing machine with dryer, flat-screen TV with Apple TV, and audio PRO speakers. The apartment has A/C. Patio with barbecue grill. Here you can enjoy our beautiful nature from both living room and bedroom and you also walk freely in our nature. It is close to Hallandsleden. It has everything you need for a nice vacation or accommodation. We are used to having guests with us and give you full service if you want something special. There is also a hot tub overlooking the beautiful landscape that you can borrow by agreement.

Notera att det pågår ett större byggprojekt i Varberg, tunnelbygge, dubbelspår och ny stationsbyggnad som kan påverka området där huset ligger, främst vardagar dagtid.

Welcome to our wonderful villa of 300 sqm by the sea! The house is located in Stenvik in idyllic Åsa at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and 50 meters to a shallow sandy beach or swimming at the jetty. The house has a large fantastic garden with pool with associated newly built pool house of 30 sqm.
