Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant accommodation by the Kattegatt cycle path with private entrance, private bathroom and balcony facing west towards the deciduous forest. The property is located about 1 km from beautiful bike/walking path along the sea to Stråvalla beach/swimming area (about 3 km) with kiosk(summer time), playground, parking and large separate animal beach. The accommodation has a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, etc. (no stove). Dishes are left for the host. Baby cot (0-3 years) and high chair are provided on request.

In the old part of Läjet, just over 5 km south of Varberg, we rent out a bright and nice cottage. The cottage is quietly located on a cul-de-sac with very little traffic, about 300 meters from the harbor and 650 meters from the beach. The cottage has a tiled bathroom with a shower cubicle and its own washing machine. Kitchen with dining table, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and sofa bed. Super cozy accommodation almost directly on the beach in Apelviken / Södra Näs. A small cottage of 15 sqm that is located on our property. There is a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and shower and TV. The patio has a radiant sea view with wonderful sunsets. The cabin is smoking-free and pet-free. If you are a kitesurfer, windsurfer or SUPer, the location is perfect as you are down on the beach in less than a minute. Final cleaning is carried out by the tenant unless otherwise agreed.

Close to the city center, swimming, nightlife, shopping and restaurants 10 minutes' walk. Lovely courtyard, which of course can be used, several patios and veranda. The apartment is fully equipped, if there is a special need for something more, we can definitely solve this. However, it can be a little sensitive, because it is an old house.
