Vacation rentals with beach access in Varazze

Wonderful vacation, two terraces with an exceptional view... "Parthenope" movie model. It was really a shame to have to leave... Nadia is very kind and very helpful, everything was perfect... a beautiful bike path, which takes you to the center in 5 minutes... what can I say... A top apartment... for a wonderful Sanremo... We had a great stay at Stefan's apartment. The apartment is not far from the train station to make excursions to the Cinque Terre and other beautiful places, such as Camogli, Santa Margherita, Portofino and Sestri Levante. The apartment is located in a beautiful classic house with a lot of stairs. Very nice garden with a great view of the sea. Minus point, the parking is not right at the house, if you have a lot of luggage, you have to walk several times. Upon our arrival, Stefano had fortunately helped us with our luggage. We got restaurant tips for Recco and Camogli.

Even more beautiful apartment than the photos and description, the only thing is the noise due to the collection of the trash can in front of the street but bearable. Very important parking spot. Everything is very clean and tidy. Accurate and available owners. We'll definitely be back soon because it's really a gem near the sea and downtown.

We were in constant communication with Mattia before arriving at the address. When we arrived at the address, everything was as described. The cleanliness of the apartment was very good. We did not experience any problems during our stay. Mattia's family was staying on the upper floor of the apartment we stayed in. They are immediately reachable in case of any problems. As a result, we enjoyed the sun, sea and sand. It was a quiet and peaceful environment. Definitely recommended.

Giorgio is incredibly nice and helpful! We had to cancel the apartment we had actually reserved in Camogli after we arrived at the place and sat down to find a new apartment at 8pm in the evening. At 9pm we had agreed with Giorgio and at 11pm he met us and helped us check in. He assisted finding parking for our car, and was generally absolutely delightful in every way. The apartment is nice, with a sea view from one bedroom, and what you need for dishes, cutlery and pots to be able to cook there. The bathroom is small but with powerful water pressure in the shower and hot and delicious water. The bedrooms are large and airy, with several windows in each room (needed, as the apartment is on the top floor, and it can get a little warm). The beds are a bit hard. In the living room there is a sofa and dining table and everything is perfectly fine. The apartment is perfectly located, with walking distance to everything. The city's best restaurant is located in the building next door, and there is a short way to everything. We can safely recommend staying here!

The apartment is really nice ,direct view of water . Very close to the beach. We just used the private beaches the first of the apartment San Sebastian, which was not crowded. The Tarase in the apartment is missing chairs which I like a little, during the day there is also very hot despite sun protection. We bought 2 beds for 40 euros in Italian supermarket,and used the beautiful Tarase in the evening. Parking situation is a problem there not at the house. Parking is distributed daily. A tip continue down the street and turn right first street you come to a parking lot in the morning you will find what will be difficult from 9:30 am, not park in yellow places. There were great events in the city during the week, 2 concerts that were really good . Small stores within walking distance. Daily small carnival with carousel and playground for families with younger children is very good. The prices in restaurant were ok. Bring bed linen towels.

Everything was perfect. The house is actually even nicer than in the photos and very clean! There is an espresso maker and Caterina even had a pack of espresso provided. In addition, various oils, vinegar, salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, fresh kitchen towels,... Enough space for two adults and two teenagers. The beds have firm mattresses, which we liked very much. Heating worked perfectly. The location is fantastic. The house is quietly located, but you can quickly walk to the sea, to the Carrefour Express and to Nervi in twenty minutes. Bus stop and train station five-seven minutes' walk, buses to Genoa center every 11 minutes. We didn't need a car during our stay. Thanks to Caterina and her family. We will be happy to come back.

This is one of the most unique places we’ve ever stayed in. So special. And Alessio was extremely helpful and attentive to our questions and came with suggestions and was quick with responses. We will definitely be back.

Sergio was straightforward, very accommodating and helpful. The apartment is impeccable, well maintained and very clean. Everything worked perfectly. We will be happy to come back on another occasion.

Gemma and Federico are incredible heart people and warmly welcomed us. The apartment is spacious and partially newly renovated. The two go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the house is not far from the beach, restaurants are within walking distance. We had a great time, thanks!

My husband, our 12 year old son and I had great 12 days at this property and the surrounding area. It completely corresponds to Giulia's description. The associated parking space in an underground garage is a 5-minute walk away and was very generous to park. The location of the accommodation (very quiet yet central) was excellent for the many excursions along the coast and into the hinterland. We were able to park our bikes comfortably in the garden, which contains very nice lemon trees, a ping-pong table and chairs as well as a table to linger. The surrounding area has many caffes and restaurants. Our son has to eat gluten-free and we found right one street away an excellent pizzeria (My Dream) making an excellent gluten-free pizza. We can definitely recommend this place.

For the second time, we spent our vacation in Scirocco: here we feel comfortable and at home. The apartment is beautifully and carefully decorated, the view of the sea beautiful, the pebble beach just around the corner the perfect place to play and relax for the three of us. Nicoletta is a wonderful hostess whom we were very happy to have won. The highlight for our 5-year-old daughter are the visits from Nicoletta's cat :-) We are already looking forward to returning to Boccadasse soon.

We are guests at Maddalena and Riccardo's place x 2 days, and I have to say that it was like being at home!! Everything is very clean, nothing is missing!! From coffee to detergent x wash!! A few steps from the sea and the center of Cogoleto (which can be reached with a pleasant walk), Raffaella's apartment is a small jewel. We really felt right at home, with all the necessary amenities. There's really nothing missing! The sofa bed is also spacious and comfortable. All necessary information is provided. Very quiet and green area, nice and kind neighbors. Raffaella and Aldo were available during our stay and friendly, we will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone.

We had some lovely days in Laigueglia! Welcoming and very friendly hosts. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect in the middle of the village and close to the beach.

The apartment has a large terrace with full sea view, beautiful. It is newly renovated, the bathroom and kitchen are modern and perfectly clean. It is located in a closed compound with security, it is very quiet and it gives access to the promenade on the sea. To get to the village of Cogoleto, it takes 30 minutes on foot, so it takes a little while to quickly run an errand or go to the restaurant. The coast is very beautiful, the walk to Cogoleto and the villages all around are very pretty, the sea, the palm trees, old houses. Margherita received us, she was super nice, proactive and always reacted very quickly. We really appreciated that she put basic products in the kitchen, such as sugar, salt, oil, pasta, tomato sauce, cereals, etc.
