Castelveccana is an excellent tourist destination thanks to its hamlet of Calde', known as the "Portofino of Lake Maggiore". We have an apartment on two levels with a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a sitting area on the ground floor. Upstairs, an open space with a kitchen, dining table and double sofa bed. Comfortable for 4 people, with air conditioning, mosquito nets, and Wi-Fi in all rooms. The house is completed by a terrace overlooking the lake of about 10 square meters, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and moments of relaxation.

Spacious and stylishly furnished vacation home for up to 4 people on two floors with approx. 100 square meters of living space. 2 balconies + terrace with an additional 30 square meters invite you to sunbathe, chill & enjoy. Privacy is very important here, because as the last house on the street and right next to the forest, you are undisturbed - and yet only 10 minutes by car from the center of Lugano.

Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Villa Monziani - Island San Giulio, Lake Orta (NO)

The oldest residential house on the Island of San Giulio, situated in the middle of Lake Orta, distanced 400m from the mainland, accessible only via boat. The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

Strategically positioned on the Lombardy side of Lago Maggiore, the Loft di Charme is only 1h driving from Milano Malpensa Airport, and just few minutes driving from the cozy towns of Luino, Porto Valtravaglia and Laveno Mombello and there is a great offer of services and things to do in the area. The property has been recently renewed with a special attention to every single detail (I am super passionate of design!) and is the perfect location for a romantic and relaxing gateway.

Casa della Volpe e il Tasso is a delightful, simple accommodation equipped with every comfort for enjoying pleasant, relaxing moments. It is located in the picturesque village of Vararo, a hamlet of Cittiglio at an altitude of 725 meters (2,379 feet). This solution is suitable for all people looking for peace and quiet, away from the city routine. You'll find trails suitable for all levels of hiking. (We have chosen not to have Wi-Fi, and there is limited signal inside the house.)

IL NIDO – the world from a porthole

Il Nido is a structure made entirely of natural wood, 20 square meters, designed specifically for 2 people and equipped with all comforts. It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and for a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood-burning stove, NOT AVAILABLE FROM JANUARY 12 TO FEBRUARY 10. From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.

Chloe's Cottage Surrounded by Nature

Enjoy a peaceful getaway in a pleasant refuge surrounded by nature. Located in an enchanting setting on a mountain at 700 meters, in a small mountain village that still has its typical rural homes and rustic courtyards, with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Varese, just 20 minutes from Lake Maggiore. An ideal place for people who love nature, relaxation, walking and hiking. Renovated in 2021 in the pop art style and equipped with all amenities.

Rustic Private Cottage front Lake w/ BOAT

You arrive by boat. No road, no car, no traffic — just a red cottage on the water in a village that time forgot, and the boat is yours for the whole stay (no licence needed). Two bedrooms, a fireplace, a covered terrace over the lake, and a garden of old trees with a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ. Kayak and paddleboard included. A full briefing on arrival, and we're a message away for anything. This isn't a resort. It's the lake, your own boat, and your own pace.
