Hello, I'm Chilean. Excellent place, very nice area with typical buildings and architecture of old Arequipa. A very quiet neighborhood for walking and close to restaurants and typical areas. Jose is an excellent host. Everything is highly recommended

Amazing place and n the best part of Trancoso. Lovely gardens and pool, 24 hour security and very quiet even though the entrance is within the Quardrato. Jennifer’s lovely place has a gorgeous outdoor area and the lovely Zilda to prepare breakfast and keep everything perfectly clean and in order. We had the best, most relaxing and fun time. Thanks so much! I highly recommend this property!

we had a lovely stay at Josephine's house, the house is new and very well-equipped, and the garden is very welcoming and green! Josephine is always there for good advice and to facilitate our stay in Bora! i recommend this listing

The house is beautiful. Super quiet location, integrated with nature (we even had some visitors – a very cute family of monkeys). The hosts were amazing. Very helpful, kind, and proactive. They responded to our request for a late checkout and were always very quick and helpful in their responses. I highly recommend it. Finally, Gil – a top-notch cook - was excellent and made our stay even better! I highly recommend it.

The house faithfully matches the listing description. However, access to the house is through a very bad access street, with uneven terrain, a very steep slope and that is very dangerous if it is wet. If you are with children or the elderly (my case), I do not recommend lodging.

Had a There was a problem with the platform and the reservation was made on the wrong date, one day earlier than it should have been. Osvaldo was super attentive and kind and made the necessary change so that we wouldn't lose the reservation. The apartment was clean and organized, just like the photos. The hosting was very good

The apartment is nice, it has what you need, the area is downtown and very easy to access tourist places, as well as being quiet. And Josephyn and her husband were very kind, they were always answering our questions, the service was very good, in fact we will be back!!
