The apartment is very nice: big, cosy and clean. I have stayed in quite a few airbnbs but this might be my favourite. Jose was an amazing host! Very kind and ready to help. From giving us restaurant and activity tips to letting us store our luggage. Would definitely recommend & come back!

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. Esteban is extremely attentive, polite, quick to respond. The apartment is even better than in the pictures. Well located, with attention to detail, equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, hot shower, everything super clean and an unparalleled view! We will cherish it in our memory.

Casa Tulsi is an excellent accommodation. It is very close to Praia dos Coqueiros and close to the square. It has all the amenities for a stay, including long ones. It has an amazing view of the beach that I will miss and it is a very quiet place. Susan and her son are always ready to help.

I loved staying at Roos place. it was clearm, comfortable and located in the best location. she was very communicative and the check in process was super smooth. anytime I needed something she was very helpful and responsive. I very much recommend staying here! Just make sure you understand the kitchen is shared with other apartments.

Absolutely stunning Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, we were speechless—the décor, the thoughtful presentation, and small touches like bottled water, essentials, and delicious Peruvian chocolates made us feel instantly welcomed. Every room was beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable, with large TVs throughout. The location felt private and safe, and it was less than 15 minutes from the center of Arequipa. Arnaldo was incredibly responsive and kind. One heads-up: there’s a washer (which I liked more than mine at home!), but no dryer. I was unsure at first, but Leonardo assured me it would dry quickly—and he was right. Everything dried within hours or overnight. We washed several times with no issues. My parents and I had a lovely stay and would return in a heartbeat!

The view is wonderful. Excellent location. Fast service. But cleanliness is extremely important to me. The blankets need to be washed because the musty smell was very strong. The couch needs to be dry cleaned because it is very dirty and ugly. The floor could be cleaner.

Everything is clean and tidy, the apartment is as shown in the photos, you can rest perfectly. Carmen is very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

The flat is located in an excellent area of the city, very new and safe, and better, at a fair value. The common areas are great, the pool has a beautiful view of the city. The apartment offers everything for a comfortable and peaceful accommodation. Layanne is super attentive and helpful responding to all my doubts promptly. It was very worth it!

I have stayed in two of Paolo’s places. Both times he was very friendly and responsive. I will always give him preference when I need to go to Goiânia based of how well I’ve been treated.

The place is very close to Ricardo Paranhos. Safe and easy to access. I went for work and found it extremely impeccable. Superior quality furniture and appliances. Tastefully organized, in addition to the building having well-built, impeccable and decorated environments. The rooftop has a magnificent pool, fresh air and a nice view of the city. Even for work, it turned out to be healthier mentally than staying in a hotel. I recommend it.

Impeccable apartment, everything very organized and clean, not to mention the Host, who was super helpful from the first contact before we booked the nights until the moment we arrived at our residence. Very well located, close to several interesting points. We spent 5 five nights, and when I return to Goiânia in the future, I already have a place to stay again.
