It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

On the ground floor there is a pool with sun loungers and a barbecue with a mini kitchenette available to guests. Distance from the sea and the beach is less than 5 minutes on foot, and 5 min from the center of Malinska by car.

The apartment is the same as in the pictures, in a great location very close to the beach. It has a terrace that belonged only to us, surrounded by pine trees, and we could lock the door. It was very quiet. Everything was extremely clean, the landlord was nice. We'd love to come back to this apartment!

Our stay at this beautiful house was more than we wished for! Marina & Zeljko has been the best hosts ever making us feel like home, giving us the best recommendations, checking up on us to make sure we had everything we need and being so generous and letting us try homemade and local products. The animals around the house was appreciated by both young & old. The AC in the house worked very well even on the hottest days. The pool and the outside area was clean and very well kept! This is the perfect holiday home for a family. We would love to come back!

Peaceful villa Tereza with sea view

My friends and I visited Villa Tereza and we enjoyed the whole stay very much (6 adults and 4 kids). The hosts were very responsive, always ready to help/advise, interested in how we enjoyed our stay. The house has 4 bedrooms (of which 1 with a cot). Everything was impeccably clean and tidy, we received a welcome basket of fruit, which was very kind. Amazing pool and lovely outdoor seating which made it possible for us to be out from morning to evening. The house has a washing machine and a dishwasher, also an outdoor grill. The sea is relatively close, the nearest beach is about 5 - 10 minutes on foot from a gentle hill. Beaches pebble and concrete panels, the sea beautifully clean full of fish :) There are not too many restaurants and shops in the nearest area, it is a quiet location.
