Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

Villa Anka

The villa is secluded and about 200 meters from the village It consists of an autochthonous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part dominated by large glass surfaces that merge the interior of the house with the exterior. The old house has a bedroom, and a living room with a kitchen and full bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. It has eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Apartman se nalazi 50m od prekrasne pješčane plaze prilagođene djeci. Vrlo je prostran (60m2). Sadrži jednu veliku spavaću sobu, kupaonicu sa tušem, kuhinju i dnevni boravak sa sofom koja se pretvara u udoban ležaj za dvoje ljudi. Gosti imaju free wifi i internet tv na korištenje kao i klima uređaj. Velika terasa sa pogledom na more i na vanjski bazen sa stolom za ručanje uljepšati će vaš godišnji odmor. Bazen sa slanom vodom i kamin za roštilj na raspolaganju su gostima iz sva 3 apartmana.

Apartment Lavanda is situated in a peaceful and quiet part of Vantačići, 3 km from the centre of Malinska, and 50 m from the sea and the beach. A promenade by the sea (for walking or cycling), which is 30 m from the property, leads all the way to the centre of Malinska and Porat. A beach for younger children is very close. The property is surrounded by greenery, with a barbecue and the parking in the yard. Apartment is situated on the 2nd floor with a balcony and a beautifull sea view.
