Elle bénéficie d'un emplacement hors pair, et est très paisible, grâce à sa lumière et son jardin de curé. La terrasse privée est aussi un plus, avec vue jardin. La location en bail mobilité est possible.

Ideally located in the heart of the village of Saint Gildas de Rhuys, its peaceful location will allow you to do everything on foot or by bike. You will be close to all amenities (60 m from the tourist office, 150 m from the bakery, 500 m from the grocery store and market). Beaches are less than 1 km away. For our comfort and yours, the house and its garden were completely renovated in 2023.

It consists of a bedroom on the ground floor with a 140 bed. A mezzanine ( **step ladder, not suitable for young children) with two 90 beds, and a shower room.
