I loved my one-night stay in this beautiful home, and was pleasantly surprised by how much space was included. The first floor has a bed, bath, large kitchen, family room, and a study, and the lower basement level has a poker/game room, laundry, and an additional bedroom. And it's conveniently located and walkable to restaurants and night life in the Oregon District. Most importantly, Samantha was a wonderful host! Check-in was a breeze, parking was great, and the WiFi worked perfectly. I'll definitely stay again the next time my travels take me through Dayton.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Gorilla House! The neighborhood is very nice, and we felt very safe here. The house and property are beautiful. Everything looks just like the pictures in the listing, and the furnishings are all very tasteful & comfortable. The Host was wonderful, and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again if I was ever in the area, and I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Dayton Area.

Our stay was over Easter weekend, we arrived to see family a day early. At the last minute she had the place ready for an extra day stay! Took maybe 30 minutes tops and the place was pristine. They had everything we could need for our stay and more. Elizabeth & Anna were very responsive. Hot tub was perfect, and the backyard was where we spent most of our time while at the home. We were able to cook on the grill with everything they had provided. We were also pleasantly surprised with a bottle of wine which I personally enjoyed. Thank you guys for an amazing stay! Hoping to stay here every Easter, couldn’t have asked for a better place for my family weekend.

Beautiful well maintained house. My family really enjoyed the amenities this property offered. Big backyard with gas fire pit and television was our favorite place in the house. The house was stocked with everything we needed, and everything was clean. I definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a Airbnb with a lot of space and bedrooms. I look forward to renting this house out in the near future.

Very creative conversion of a grain silo to an Airbnb! Wally and Cindy told us a bit about how it came to be, and were very friendly. The place was cozy, a great getaway! Very neat, comfortable furnishings, tastefully decorated for the season and with a farmhouse touch. Good suggestions for restaurants.

House was bigger than it appeared. Very clean. Calm, quiet neighborhood. We felt right at home. Great place for teenagers and young adults. They were very entertained and didn’t want to leave. Sauna, hot tub, and massage chair were nice additions. Only downside is that we wish we could have stayed longer.

This was our 1st experience with an Airbnb. Laura was a wonderful host, very responsive to all our questions or concerns over the month & a half we stayed. House was exactly as mentioned/shown in pictures. Kitchen well stocked with everything you could need. Bedrooms, bathrooms, living area all well appointed and comfortable. We extended our stay twice during our stay and Laura helped us navigate the airbnb application to do so. We highly recommend Laura and this Airbnb. We would definitely stay again when we visit! A+++

House was just as described and a great fit for meeting family to spend part of Spring Break together. My daughters loved "Big Blue" and didn't want to leave. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare simple meals. The three large beds had a softer mattress while the single bed was more firm. The kids enjoyed watching movies on the large TV while sitting on the comfy couch while us adults enjoyed playing some of the games provided at the large dining room table.

The house was clean and nice, with comfy beds and enough kitchen supplies. There was no dining or kitchen table though - we really would have liked one! We ended up with people standing around the kitchen to eat or sitting on the couch. The hot tub was delightful. It was definitely hot enough and comfortable for our group if 5. The seats are quite deep which means most people can sit with their shoulders under water, but it would be a bit tricky if you are short!

I highly recommend staying at Shannon’s place if you’re ever in the area. My husband, myself, and our three children felt right at home. Shannon is a very responsive host and she was very helpful. The location is in perfect proximity to downtown Piqua. If you’re looking for a place to eat during your stay here, I suggest the Crooked Handle Brewery. The home is very clean and well stocked. We will definitely return if ever traveling through the area again. Thanks Shannon for such great hospitality!!

We had a great stay at James’s place! It’s a beautiful little home within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and shops in the Oregon District. The place itself is very clean and well kept. My husband and I came for work purposes. Jessica made the difference from the beginning. She returned my call very quick and although at the time she didn't have a long term available she helped me get settled for a few days on one of her units. We arrived in town late in the afternoon so it was very nice of her to have answered. Later in the month I was able to ge booked on a longer term where i stayed for 5 months. I hardly had to get ahold of her her but any time I did, she was quick to reply. A week before I left she reached out again to make sure everything was ok and to see if she can be of any further help. It was time for us to go back to Texas or else I would of stayed there longer!. There is good food around and in my opinion the town is very calm and safe.

When you stay at an Airbnb there are always expectations about the space you’re staying in. Jennifer is one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered. The house is charming and was in a great location for our visits to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and visiting family North of Dayton. The house really felt like home and there wasn’t one thing I felt like I truly needed. I contacted Jennifer a couple of times during our stay and she is responsive and genuinely kind. For our family of five with an Airedale, this was perfect. What a great stay! 10/10 recommend.
