Great stay in North Van! Lucy made sure we had everything we needed and the house was very nice. If you visit, do yourself a favor and visit both Lynn Canyon and Cleveland Dam. Both are nearby and have great photo-ops! We would certainly stay here again.

This home, in our opinion, was ideally located for our first trip to Vancouver. The peacefulness and gorgeous views from the rooftop were by far our favorite aspect of the place. Everything was very clean, beds were very comfy and bathrooms clean as well. James was very responsive with any of our questions and was very communicative about house rules and so forth. Would love to stay here again. Thanks, James!

I and my son had nine nights on McQueenie - we chose the boat as our base because of its location ("North Van") close to the focus of our visit. I had over-nighted on boats before, and had a sense of what was in store, but in the end was deeply moved by the experience. Whether it was the eagle couple nesting nearby, the play of light on water as we hung out on the deck, the extremely friendly marina of charming boat-houses and other boats, or the over-the-top hospitality of our host, it all added up for us to be a never-to-be-forgotten stay. I should add that being able to make a 10 minute walk to the SeaBus, and be in downtown Vancouver another 10 minutes later - avoiding the insane Van-Traffic - was another unexpected wonder.

We have just returned from a trip to Canada. What a beautiful country. The trip was wonderful also thanks to Halley who hosted us in her home. Beautiful, clean, modern house in a beautiful park. The owners are very friendly, always ready to help and answer any questions. We recommend this place 100%.
