The house has two bedrooms, two twins and one queen with new bedding and new mattresses. Bathroom tub with shower and washer and dryer. Kitchen with granite counters and island. Kitchen seats four with eat in table. Keurig one cup coffee, breakfast snacks, coffee, bottled water complimentary. All new appliances. Everything you should need for comfortable stay provided. My home is in located on a private, unpaved road, situated directly on the water. It offers a peaceful and private setting with amenities including two zip lines, two rope swings, a boat ramp, and two docks. Guests can enjoy hunting, fishing, boating, jet skiing, or simply relaxing with serene river views. This is a private residence; please treat it with care. Use of the porches, swings, and zip lines is at your own risk. The back deck has no railing to preserve the view. Wi-Fi is excellent

Come relax with the whole family at this peaceful place in the country not far from New Bern, Greenville, the Original Washington and our beautiful Carolina beaches. The Mary Alice Palace was built in 1954 with lumber harvested from the property. We've added modern upgrades during renovations while trying to keep the charm of the original design. It offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room (with pullout couch), dining room (w/ work space), kitchen, and breakfast nook. Thanks for looking!
