Great for families. Zero smoke odor Nearby (10m), a gas station + U store open on Sunday mornings. On the road to get back on the highway, there is a quality Lidl, Macdo, Kebab… Great place to rest and restock. Thanks Hassan!!!

We spent a week with family in this small studio on the garden floor of Claire's mom's house. We arrived early, welcomed by Claire,who explained the place to us and everything nearby. The accommodation is clean with the essentials for 4. The points+: well located in a quiet location, space to park,a super pleasant garden with a barbecue,no TV ideal for relaxing the children! Accessible wifi to plan visits. within walking distance, a large children's park with skate Park, the elevator which is convenient to get to the city center faster, an educational farm not far away, a river in the town for swimming with the children in complete tranquility. The lady who lives above is very nice, available and discreet,clear too. Point -: mosquitoes in large numbers provide mosquito repellent. ( may be providing a screen on the window). Very happy stay. We found a very clean, bright and comfortable accommodation: well heated, well-equipped... Bike garage, pet welcome... Quiet neighborhood, perfect for hiking, mountain biking , tourism, the river and... nice shops.

Great place to relax and enjoy the pristine pool and gorgeous garden. The studio is better than it looks in the photos, relatively recent, and well-maintained. I did not understand the layout in the listing, there are bunk beds in the entry area across from the separate WC and bathroom, leading to a decent-sized living/dining area and a small but functional kitchen. The queen-size (160cm) bed is upstairs on an open mezzanine level, TV is up there too. Comfortable linens on the beds. We appreciated the patio area, ours led directly to the pool. We spent a week there with our 7 yo granddaughter and there are lots of activities for kids, she also loved the pool. Frederic and Katy are very kind and responsive hosts.

We had a great time in Ruoms at Johann's place. The terrace is really an undeniable plus, the accommodation is perfect for a good holiday. Johann is a very friendly host, we recommend this property 100%!

This small holiday residence is ideally proportioned to benefit from a shared pool, pétanque and ping pong area... without having the inconvenience of the "crowd". The accommodation is ideally located for visiting the beautiful villages of Ardèche.

Charles' apartment is very well-equipped. You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay (special mention for the pool fries and ping-pong rackets). The terrace is very large and offers a magnificent view of Saint Martin d'Ardèche. The residence is very quiet and offers beautiful amenities with a beautiful swimming pool for example. The location is ideal for visiting the region. You can also do the gorges of the Ardèche but also visit the neighboring departments (Gard/Vaucluse/Drôme). We will be happy to return to Charles's home if we return to the area.

Beautiful house, beautiful environment, surrounded by nature, a benevolent calm, just the sounds of nature, away from the modern hustle and bustle. Nathalie is very thoughtful, everything was perfect and we thank our hosts for this delicious moment We'll be happy to go back Thank you ❤️

We had a great week at Christiane's place. She's a lovely person! Very responsive and caring for its hosts . The estate is beautiful. There is plenty to do in terms of leisure ( jogging, walks, swimming pools, bowling, cinema, mini golf, restaurants ect...). The accommodation is ideally located in front of such pretty sites . We really enjoyed the air conditioning. the little terrace is appreciated . We'll be happy to go back. 😊 Thanks again Christiane!

We spent two weeks at Maxence and Déborah's place and it was two wonderful weeks. The accommodation is perfect, nothing is missing and everything is provided for the comfort of the tenants (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc.). Outside, a magnificent terrace as well as a play area for children (trampoline, swing, etc.) as well as a courtyard to play pétanque, molki, etc. And what about the pool... heated, with exceptional views of the Ardèche reliefs. What a pleasure to bask in this view and calm. Thanks to Maxence and Déborah for their hospitality, availability, responsiveness and many tips on sightseeing in the area.
