We loved the house! It is next to the beach, on the second row of houses, it is very well equipped and the rooms are very spacious.

Quiet, clean house. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a quiet time. It was a heart-warming experience.

Excellent stay at Matias and Carolina's house. The two were very concerned at all times about maintaining clear and timely communication and instructions. The house is as mentioned in the publication. Upon arrival we found everything impeccable. A very nice place to rest. I went with my 3-month-old and 3-year-old children, and it's definitely a good place to go with children and as a family. 100% recommended

quiet place, with clean pool with clean water, various parts, internet and TVs working, nice and well-maintained patio, filtered water available for drinking, fit 2 medium cars in the parking lot.

Cozy accommodation, we loved the place with my family ( there were 4 of us) and the best thing is that they accepted a pet. It was a very beautiful place, good security and rich to go out in the evenings to walk as it was a large enclosure with nice green areas and very well kept. The exit to the beach was private, very close to the apartment and with a guard that was on the access. You could get there by walking the beach to restaurants or places to shop. The host sends all the instructions, very attentive to everything. Thank you!

Comfortable stay, equipped house and very central but in a quiet area, there is shade and a nice pool that we enjoyed with a pet since it is very well fenced, and it has accessibility for elderly people with reduced mobility to the house [flat terrain] and has a bathroom/shower with support bars.

The cabin is extraordinary! cozy, clean, well located, safe and beautiful. Even better than in the pictures! Ideal to disconnect from everything; There is a speaker to play music, grill, a pool ideal for refreshing and a very relaxing jacuzzi. Good location, a residential place and very close to restaurants and teterías. Carlos is kind, attentive and very friendly. The dog Lulú was very good, she is obedient and affectionate. I will definitely be back!

Wonderful place, relaxing and very homey. Very well maintained and clean. Very welcoming host and super attentive . Five stars all the way!

David was a very good host, super communicative and made me feel comfortable. The location of the place is great, it was very convenient to develop a routine for a long stay (gym, stores, coffee shops, etc). The people who work there are friendly. A bonus is the washing machine in the room. For a long stay, I was comfrotable enough, but since it was just me I didnt use the extra bed in the living room. I'm a very light sleeper, so I used a white noise machine at night as the city sounds come into this 3rd floor room a bit. But overall, no major noise at night and I was able to work properly in the day.

We had a very good few days, I would say the place is nicer than the pictures. Everything clean (including the pool) and the kitchen is equipped with necessities. As a fact, to comment that the capacity is for 8 people considering the beds, if they are squeezed to 3 in a king bed they come to 9; but they are not 12 people as the publication says although the owner offers mattresses. Another point to take into account is the air conditioning according to the season, there are two air conditioners but there are no controls to operate them, but you have to ask the owner to turn it on by chat; this because the electricity is more expensive in that area. Lastly, to comment that on the plot both inside the house and outside there are security cameras, which were apparently turned off during the stay but we didn't ask either.

If you are looking for a place surrounded by nature, quiet and very private, it is the ideal place. The cabin has everything you need, it is comfortable and has a very nice modern rustic architectural style. The pool is suitable for all ages and located in a very good space that mixes good sunlight and plenty of shade to rest. 100% recommended

Excellent apartment

The place matches the description, very quiet and well connected. The house was spotless everything clean and tidy, the interior patio was very beautiful, with fruit trees that gives it a unique touch that my parents loved. I also went with my dog and she really enjoyed lounging in the garden, we were also close to the park. Access to closed parking entrance was very helpful, in my case for the Transfer to pick us up in comfort. I would be happy to stay again. Thank you very much for everything

Excellent place to rest, it has everything you need (towels, good sheets, hair dryer, full loza, etc.) and the location is perfect for going to both socos and the big beach and cove. Although there are other cabins in the same place, other guests are not listened to, the disconnection is total. The view of the main room and the dining room are the best of the place, it takes very good advantage of the space. It is appreciated that we were allowed to leave the car before checking in and thus be able to go out with peace of mind. We were greeted by Karina and it was excellent. We will definitely be back!!!

Good experience, comfortable place, good host and with convenience for check-out with a small surcharge. My pets were super well accepted (3) which happened in other places. Only the main bed is a little worn but everything else excellent Recommended

Relationship cost service very good. Great host. The condo beach is beautiful. Close to Maitencillo, Zapallar and other beautiful beaches. Bringing food. It has a grill and an outside place to eat.

Rodrigo and Paula's cabin is a real find in the Cajón. The space is totally private, perfect for resting and disconnecting. The surroundings are spectacular, with nature everywhere that invites you to relax. The cabin is very cozy, comfortable and everything was impeccably clean. Rodrigo was an excellent host: very friendly, attentive and always available to help with whatever was needed. Definitely an experience to repeat.
