The location is ideal for travelers looking to soak up the Valparaíso culture, Cerro Alegre and Cerro Concepción are just a short walk away, the port is nearby, Uber is available and buses stop right outside the door, I recommend it.

The apartment is very nice and has everything you need for a good stay, and even a little more. It is very well furnished, with a good bed, good internet, clean, easy to access and in a safe place. My only recommendations would be to check the bathroom, as there is quite a smell of sewage, and if you are a person who is bothered by light when sleeping, it would be good to bring a visor or something to cover your eyes. It might also be useful to check or change the sheets and blankets, as they were a bit itchy. Overall, it's a very good place and I highly recommend it.

The depto is beautiful with an amazing view, as shown in the pictures. Communication with Mauritius was excellent. He gave us very clear instructions, recommendations and responded promptly to our questions. 100% recommended.

Very nice apartment with a wonderful patio overlooking Valparaíso. Host was very friendly and communicative throughout the process. Only downside is there's really not much to walk to directly from the apartment so a car or Uber is necessary. Recommended!

The apartment is just what you need for a getaway. We travel a lot to Viña, and for us, being close to the subway to Valparaíso and the casino and our favorite restaurants is ideal. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the concierges are very friendly, thanks to Meritxell for everything

I recommend it. The place is 10/10, very cozy, the interaction with the concierge staff and guards was excellent. Andrés was always attentive, responding to us promptly.

Erick's place is compact, Lots of water pressure and lots of hot water. Big closet space to unpack for a few days. kitchen is good to cook meals. A few steps from the Cultural centre ( old jail) the only green place to relax and read a book. not far from ascensor Reina Victoria. If would be nice if the city would clean up and fix the staircase to Erick's place but don't let that bother you.

the depto was very nice with an incredible view and with all the amenities one as a guest would expect, the kitchen had everything you need to make your stay completely comfortable, it had the essentials( salt, oil and some dressings) if you do not plan to go out to eat every day you are there, the only detail was that the pot and the frying pan were a little small but anyway it served us and we lacked a kitchen cloth to dry the loz but everything else excellent, the bathroom already has a hairdryer in case you plan to bring your own and sandra had what you need to keep the cleaning of the depot to if nothing to say we would definitely come back to stay

Everything was amazing! Tamara was super attentive and always available if we had any questions or concerns. The apartment is beautiful, just as seen in the photos, a really beautiful view of the ocean, and an excellent location. We will definitely be back on our next visit!

We had an excellent stay in Juan Carlos's apartment. It has a beautiful view of the dunes, ideal for relaxing. The place is very well equipped and we were also able to go with our dog, which was a great plus. Would definitely go back!

Cynthia is a very friendly host and made sure our stay was comfortable. The place has an excellent location, in addition to being very cozy and with everything you need. The place is in a very quiet environment, ideal for resting.
