Our guest suite, ideal for singles or couples, is independent from our house and has a private entrance. The guest suite has a modern exterior and a comfortable interior. Our house is located on an old family farm near the beach (1.5 blocks to the beach). Our location is close to several beachside restaurants and bars. The little kitchen has a toaster oven, microwave, electric kettle and frigobar (small fridge) but does not have a cooktop. No es apropiada para niños menores de 7 años.

Cozy space with access and private bathroom located in a safe residential area of Villa Alemana on the border with Quilpué. The room has a double bed. We provide bed linen and towels. The room is spacious and sunny and has a table that can function as a desk and a closet. We have a kettle, microwave, minibar, plates, cups, and services. In addition, there is a water, tea and sugar dispenser to liven up the arrival of our guests. We do not receive children.

In the garden, overlooking the sea, the pool, a terrace-viewpoint and all the space to enjoy.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Excellent cabin for 2, independent, equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Beautiful view directly to the Pacific, about a 10-minute walk to the beach, at the foot of Cerro La Virgen and very close to the entrance to Puquen Park. You should bring your personal items such as towels, shampoo, soap, etc. The tap water is not recommended for cooking or drinking, for that bring water in containers.

Both are charming, very attentive and concerned about having comfortable guests. They were very nice to our daughter and gave us a very nice gift the day before the last. We had a night with problems on the street, but the house is well protected so there was no problem other than the noise. The room and beds are very comfortable. We had a refrigerator to store our food and bottled water to drink quietly in the community kitchen.

Excellent service. Both hosts were very friendly, concerned and the cabin was clean. I recommend it 100%, a quiet environment and plenty of shops nearby to eat, walk and buy basic things. We would definitely come back :)

Unforgettable experience, beyond the home The room was spotless: tidy, quiet and very comfortable to get some rest. But what really made our stay special was the human quality of those who welcomed us. Marieta and her partner not only treated us with kindness, but also made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Always available, close and attentive to every detail, its warmth turned a good stay into a memorable experience. We would come back without hesitation, for the room… but mostly for them.

If you need to rest, it's the place. It is located close to several wonderful attractions of the sector's flora and fauna. Very friendly and talented host. We would definitely go again.

It was a lovely place, easy reachable by foot, bus or taxi. The surrounding were beautiful. We felt one with nature. The dogs kept us company what was brilliant. Rosa was also a very kind host. We would definitely recommend you staying here for a couple of days.

Elsi y Panchi

The apartment is nice and very bright, cozy and well organized, we were 3 adults and we were comfortable in the space, they gave us breakfast in the mornings (it's simple, but appreciated). The apartment is in a wing of the house towards the courtyard, it is absolutely independent, large parking and patio to walk and play with our pets. The hosts are friendly, they went to meet us on the main street to guide us on arrival, and they gave us solutions when we didn't know where to find food. They ask for great care of the water and the environment, they are very concerned about recycling and the environment. We would definitely go again.

It is a beautiful, clean, tidy house, a place close to several points in the area, it exceeded my expectations. Close to Viña and Reñaca, Sandra was very attentive to all my questions. Obviously, I would definitely come back 10/10

With my partner, Francesca, we emphasize the kindness with which Marcela and her husband, Tomás, welcomed us. The view was amazing, the board games were so fun, the room spotless and comfortable, itself, great hosts, and great place. They made it easier for us to leave things in their dining room after check-out, to be able to pick them up in the afternoon close to our bus departure time. Thank you. 💜
