Waterfront vacation rentals in Valparaíso Province

Very comfortable place for one or two people, very quiet area, with many restaurants and a supermarket nearby and the beach one block away. The apartment was perfect, everything was clean and tidy, as shown in the pictures!

The apartment is nicer than in the photos, the bed is super comfortable, beautiful view, it has everything to cook and spend a pleasant stay. We had sunny days and the view was beautiful. The building is quite old, but the apartment is in very good condition. The location is excellent, many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and in Viña you can walk everywhere. The parking entrance is quite narrow for a large car, you have to park carefully.

Excellent condominium and facilities. Very comfortable restaurant with good food. The complex has monitors to take care of the children, which is appreciated (this was a tremendous plus). The facilities of the Playa Blanca complex are 10 out of 10. As an improvement, I recommend taking GREAT care of the apartment's ventilation to prevent the smell of moisture that accumulates.

The apartment is very cozy, it has a wonderful view of the bay. The area is very quiet and easily accessible for public transportation.

Excellent stay, the apartment is nice and well maintained, it is very well located (you can get to restaurants and walks on foot without problems), the view is incredible for the sunrise and sunset (very photogenic), the host is very attentive all the time, always communicating! It was so great to stay! Lots of things for everybody in the family.. and the highlight: sometimes dolphines jumping in front of the windows.. and just a little example for the thoughtful and great details: there are binoculars available to observe..

I have visited many houses in Tunquén and the architecture of this one is very nice. The house has a pool, stove and grill. Ricardo very attentive and the nature of the beautiful place. We were happy 🤩

Our family created amazing memories during our stay at Vivian's beautiful oceanfront home. The surroundings were peaceful and pristine and I couldn't imagine a house with a more "wow" view. The kitchen was spotless and very well equipped. We felt right at home in paradise!!!

My partner and I had a more than pleasant stay in Pamela's spacious and cozy house. In the morning you can enjoy a delicious breakfast on the terrace with a 5-star view. At the same time, communication with her was a 7. We hope to return heh.

Excellent view, next to the beach. Quiet place

The main thing about this place is the terrace and the fantastic views over the sea and the bright lights of Vina del Mar. It's also a sun trap so either night or day it's great to sit and relax. Clean and tidy with great beds and bedding. Well equipped kitchen. Fancy a walk on the prom? it's a walk down the steps to Concon's bars and restaurants. Getting back up is a bit of a slog, with 173 steps. you'll need a couple of breaks to catch your breath. All in all a good place to stay.

The apartment has an unbeatable view, very comfortable. If I had to give any recommendations, I would say that the TV was not very good and that to leave the apartment clean, it is necessary to have utensils for it. But overall everything was great. Highly recommended.

Very well-equipped apartment, excellent location, the best of all the view that you could enjoy despite the cold, since it has full thermopanel windows on the balcony, which provided remarkable warmth, apart from the safety in case of going with children. The apartment had 2 heating systems, which makes it perfect for the autumn/winter season. Pamela is always attentive to everything and very kind. I like to go to the beach at this time, so we'll definitely be back
