We had a very good night, very comfortable beds, we spoke well with Florence, friendly and very welcoming host.

Very functional and pleasant cottage, in a very peaceful location. Beautiful interior and exterior layout. Françoise was very responsive to messages sent and generous: we were able to enter the accommodation before the regular schedule. From Sottevast, many hikes are possible and recommended in Françoise's brochure. We recommend this rental without hesitation and will come back. Thank you for the good stay and your kindness.

It is really an old cottage but very cozy and cozy inside. Lots of attention to detail. Directly by the sea, in the village there is a good bakery, butcher and supermarket. Lots of brocantes nearby. And of course the landing beaches. We spent the Christmas holidays here and had a wonderful week.

Perfect accommodation for a getaway with friends or family, total comfort, very nice decoration, with a welcoming atmosphere in which you feel easily at ease. Fully equipped to have a great time, between the jacuzzi surrounded by sofas and the covered outdoor lounge. Thanks to Frédérick and his wife for hosting us!

Great stay! We spent 3 days enjoying the calm and all the activities available directly on site (ping ping, petanque, darts, billiards, foosball and board games). Two steps from the Souleuvre Viaduct, we took the opportunity to go for a walk! Sophie is very responsive and welcoming, the instructions are clear!

Beautiful and cosy home. The house is very comfortable, clean, well equipped, and the gardens are stunning. We visited with our 2 teenagers and 1 dog and we spent good quality time as a family in the conservatory in the evenings enjoying the views, listening to music and eating/drinking local produce. There are small markets near by and bigger ones like Carrefour/lidl at 25 mins drive to Saint Lo. The communication with Nadege was great. She'd always reply quickly and was very helpful with our questions. 100% recommended.

The property is very suitable for a break by the sea as only a few minutes away are the dunes and the sea. The surroundings are very quiet and we felt very comfortable in the apartment! The city center of the small town is easily accessible by car, but it is a long walk.

Matches photos and descriptions, we can only be satisfied with our stay. Barfleur is a pretty little port. Beautiful hikes to do in the area. Thanks especially to Didier for hosting us and for his welcoming gestures: hot coffee on arrival, an excellent bottle of cider and a bag of cookies. This is a host and listing to recommend. J-L

Very good large and spacious accommodation to discover Cherbourg-Octeville and its surroundings as a family Natanael is a great host. I recommend it.

Guy and Jocelyne could not have been more friendly and welcoming. The gite is small but charming. It is very peaceful. I appreciated the fresh flowers and lovely bird life right outside the kitchen window. I will definitely return.

We had a great stay with the family. The accommodation is very well thought out and very pleasant. Our children were able to fully enjoy the outdoors and games suitable for their ages. The Jacuzzi allows you to have a good relaxing time at the end of the day. The pretty shack is right next to the beach and restaurants. Morgane and Maxime are super responsive and very friendly. And finally, we had a very pleasant time! In short, it was great, we'll be back.

Very pleasant accommodation and close to the port of Barfleur or a large beach. The house is perfect for family or friends thanks to beautiful spaces between the veranda, the large living room and spacious rooms. The oven and fridge are sometimes a little noisy, but the kitchen is very well equipped! The garden is a real plus for children with lots of toys available. We'll come back if we have a chance.

Augustin was very approachable and helped when my daughter was poorly. Answered lots of questions before arrival. Lovely, quiet rural area. Pool was a complete winner. Garden large. Lots of space for children to run around. Beaches were always quiet and vast. We liked the local World War II museum, bakery, bicuiterie and beach bar. All about 20 mins walk or drive and find an easy parking space. If you are taking small children (the house has a great cot), I would advise to take a high chair and a stair gate. The accommodation is very well located with the beach at the end of the street, within walking distance. The apartment is well equipped with good bedding, a spacious terrace. Great for our 2 days by the sea.
