We were looking for a peaceful haven to rest in nature, while being close to the sea and all the attractions of Cotentin… and we were great served. The house was beautiful with all amenities for a great stay!!!

Great place for a weekend in Sciotot. The beach is just in front of the house. We can hear the waves from the living room. The accommodation is very clean, nice, renovated. Recommended.

We had a great time at Vincent's place. New house, very well-equipped, very well located in a quiet and pleasant residence. the cleanliness is impeccable and the beds are excellent. The fenced garden is perfect for a child or a pet. Vincent is a pleasant, very responsive, accommodating and attentive host. If the opportunity arises, I will return without hesitation and I would recommend this listing without a problem.

Had a great time; booked a long weekend with friends, used raclette (the butcher is a good tip!) and sat in the conservatory in the evenings. With a short drive, you can reach the D-Day beaches or Mont Saint Michel. Had an evening power outage and the charming Celine was there within 15 minutes to fix it (with a technician). Super service and top location!

We had a great week at the property. The accommodation is at the foot of the dunes, in a few steps we are on the beach. The accommodation is also a few meters from the center, with bakery, grocery store, and a few restaurants. The place is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing!!

Very pleasant stay in a quiet environment. The accommodation, which perfectly matches the description, is very cozy, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Cozy accommodation with however space with storage that allows you to comfortably install your belongings. Well equipped. Welcoming and discreet hosts, good tips for visits. Lots of places to explore. We were able to enjoy beautiful weather, the icing on the cake! We'll be happy to go back. Thank you so much!
