We stayed at Ignazio's house for 2 weeks with our son, and we can only recommend it! Clean, organized place and Ignazio was a lovely person! He responded quickly and gave us several tips on what we could do and was very kind! The nearest beach is 50 minutes from the house, but that wasn't a problem for us! The sunrise on the balcony behind the mountains is incredibly beautiful. We just have to thank you for the stay and if we ever return to the location, we'll want to stay there again 🥰

We stayed in Samassi for family reasons and with a one-year-old girl. The host Eleonora provided us with clear instructions on how to get to the apartment, and once we entered we found a great welcome with coffee pods, cappuccino, necessary for breakfast and water. The house was small but comfortable and with everything you need, including the camping crib for the child. There is a washer and dryer that we did not need to use but that would surely have been very useful in case of a longer stay. Very clean, tidy and in an easily accessible and quiet location. A special thank you to Eleonora who was very kind, helpful and very present throughout our stay. We'll see you soon. 😊

Best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Giuseppina is an extremely kind, helpful and respectful person of the privacy of guests. The apartment is well-kept and clean, located in a quiet and peaceful area of Elmas, well-connected to the center of Cagliari and very close to the market, bars, and basic necessities. Absolutely no negative aspects, and I hope to be able to return soon. It is a great option for those looking for tranquility and comfort.

We thoroughly enjoyed our nights stay at The Kite House. We would have happily stayed longer! The property has a lovely, relaxed vibe, it’s well kept and serviced. The communication before arrival was faultless and the staff all friendly. Great pool, beautiful grounds. My only negative (and it’s a small one) would be that the bathroom was abit tired and the shower wasn’t great).
