The home is situated on half an acre of land in the middle of redwood, eucalyptus, and oak trees secluded away from other homes. Supermarkets (Safeway), restaurants and other shopping establishments (Target, Costco, etc) are all within a 10-15 minute drive away. Starbucks and McDonald's are walking distance.
