Enjoy your stay in Malaga even more by staying in this beautiful three-bedroom duplex with a pleasant terrace. You will be able to relax in a cozy living room with balconies on the street while you rest on a comfortable 3-seater sofa. If you feel like a bit of relaxation, you have a smart TV, where you can connect to your account of any content platform. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and has everything you need in case you decide to cook during your stay: refrigerator-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and all the necessary utensils. We have a hand mixer on request and depending on availability. For dining, there is a dining table and chairs. When it's time to rest, you have a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed of 150x190cm and another single with a single bed of 105x190cm. Upstairs there is a third bedroom with a single 80x190 bed. Also, if you need to use the sofa in the living room, it is convertible to 140x190cm bed. You have a bathroom on each floor with a comfortable rain shower, hair dryer, towels and soap, body soap and shampoo are put by us. Upstairs bathroom is inside the bedroom. Don't miss the coveted terrace on the rooftop, where you can rest while enjoying a few sunrays. We have wi-fi connection so you can enjoy the internet without problems either to watch a series, share your photos, talk to your family on a video call or work if you have no choice left. There is also central air conditioning and heating throughout the home so you don't have to worry about the summer heat or the cold in the winter months. In your apartment we will leave you a dose of detergent and softener so you don't have to worry about buying. - We offer a light breakfast free of charge so you can have something before leaving the house. We will leave you a basket with everything for you to enjoy as and whenever you want. Breakfast includes: milk, coffee, infusions, bread, oil, butter, jam and something sweet. If you have any allergies or intolerances, please let us know 48 hours before your arrival. Please note: Some elements of the facility may vary slightly with respect to the photographs. - Under current regulations, we must communicate the personal information of all guests to the authorities. Therefore, when you confirm the reservation, we will send you the information to check in online, where you must provide your personal information before the day of arrival. Once you have completed your online check-in, you will receive an entry code for the outside door and another for your apartment. - Bookings of 3 apartments or more may be subject to surcharges and special conditions. Payment of a security deposit will be requested at the time of booking. - For group reservations and/or on dates of high occupancy, a damage deposit of €200 per apartment will be requested upon arrival. It will be done in cash and returned at checkout once the listing is reviewed.

Bright and completely renovated studio. Wonderfully located right on the beach and with spectacular ocean and beach views. It is the perfect place to relax. Wake up in the morning and see the sea from the bed and hear the waves crashing on the shore. Its wonderful window is the heart of this studio.
